It looks like this place hasn’t been properly cleaned in at least a decade…. pretty pathetic considering they serve food. Dust, debris, and years of black grime on the floor in the corners and under shelves. Drip stains on the deli, and there was literally a fly on one of the bagles. Wonder what a health inspector would have to say. Do better, this is pure laziness, you’re going to get someone sick.

My daughter took me to this place when she was working in the area. It is definitely not fancy, but what they lack in decor and atmosphere, they more than make up for in food quality. Best bagel I’ve ever had! I had bacon and cream cheese on a plain bagel and I don’t know what kind of bacon they use, but it was incredible as well. At the time it a cash only establishment, but I’m not sure if it still is.

Foods great. I was on “hold” for 7 minutes. Tried calling back and I got a busy tone. This is now the 3rd time I’ve had this same story. I grew up in Blairstown… I used to walk up from the HS everyday after-school to get a salt bagel before practice… so many memories. (NWR Class of 1996)
The bagles are still delicious. Sandwiches too. Service was great. However, the interior looks like it might be ready for its next sprucing up.

Traveling through the area and What a hidden jem! Wasn’t a local to the area but when we walked in its like we had been there forever. The French toast bagel with sausage and cheese was a fantastic sweet hearty brunch sandwich. The bagels are legit and jalapeño cream cheese. The everything bagel with the jalapeño cream cheese was . Only downfall is cash only but I hope to find myself in the area again. Definitely will stop in for a bite!

For lunch, I’m a sucker for their Reuben. I’ve tried countless versions over the past 10 years, and this is hands down the best. The rye has the perfect crunch, the meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the cheese… let’s just say cheese pulls for days.
Some people are just born to cook, and you can taste it here. Take a chance and try something new… you might just fall in love.

We have been a customer for almost 17 years. Today my husband and daughter picked up 3 breakfast sandwiches and a bagel with cream cheese. This is very disappointing. We have seen changes the past few years(but continued to go because we get it, bad days happen). A few weeks ago we were there for breakfast and there wasn’t fresh coffee or even enough for a full cup.
