Had such a great experience here! The quality of the meats was honestly amazing — everything was fresh, well-marinated, and came out super flavorful once it hit the grill. Shoutout to our server Patrick who made the whole night even better!! He was super attentive & helped us with grill changes right on time, and gave great recommendations on what to order. Between the food and the service, we’ll for sure be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun KBBQ spot!

We chose to come on Thanksgiving to give us a break from cooking and be able to enjoy each others company. Our server, Michelle took great care of us and we feel this is going to be a new tradition for our family. The diverse flavorful food selection allowed for all of us to enjoy whatever we wanted. This place is great! Everyone is very attentive and provides that quintessential service with a smile! Christine is the best and the reason my family comes back. She remembers us every time (as do the rest of the staff) and it makes the dining experience so personal. Having lived I. Korea for a number of years, it truly reminds me of visiting my “neighborhood” spot. Patrick also helped out table to keep the food coming. He was always there with a smile and a fresh pan!
I highly recommend coming here for family night out, special occasions or simply when you have a hankering for KBBQ. Great staff makes the food so much better. Will be definitely coming back every week if possible until I my doctor tells me to cut back on delicious meats.

We usually go to Federal Way for KBBQ but wanted to try Do Si and we’re so glad we did. Christine was truly the highlight of our visit. She has such a warm, genuine personality and made us feel taken care of from start to finish. She was constantly refilling our sides and drinks without us even having to ask, proactively changing our the grill, and making sure everything was cooking perfectly. You can tell she really pays attention to her tables. She made our whole KBBQ experience seamless and so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Normally I have a good service experience here, the standard service of timing, someone stopping by the check if you want to order more, and that’s pretty much it. I don’t expect much.
But the other night 2/27 I came in around 8:40pm and got sat, but wasn’t greeted by anyone for a while… Literally the two tables next us had someone check on them and nobody even looked our way to greet us.
I wasn’t sure who or if we even had a server at this hour since it looked like potentially 2 servers on the floor and one looked like one was phased off and was in the back the whole time but she would check on her 2 tables every now and then.
It wasn’t very busy, maybe 4-5 other tables at the most but they were already eating or looked pretty much done and we’re hanging out. I get that they close at 10pm, so I wanted to order and get out quickly so they can clean and close up but nobody came up to us until a server (short young girl with glasses who I’m assuming was the one who was cut) walked by us a few times finally looked at us and asked if we’ve ordered. Like… No we haven’t. We didn’t even have water yet or had someone even greet us.
We get our order in, and later wanted to get one more order in at around 9:13 before they do last call at 9:30 but still nobody had came up and checked on us or asked if we needed anything else. I got very annoyed and got up to ask somebody.
I get how it can be when it’s a slow night, managers probably gone home, they’re doing side work and being lazy, but it was… bad, like they really didn’t care or were annoyed. And it wasn’t even 9:30 yet.
I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 15 years so out of habit always watching and judging. Normally I wouldn’t care because, yeah I get it. But they seemed too comfortable and just didn’t care. Except for the bussers.
Food quality wasn’t that great this time but that’s not much of a concern for me. Likely because our grill was extremely burnt. I’d still come back… But at a different time avoiding certain days and times.

I usually get the bulgogi and soups. They do have Korean style BBQ stations. My mom loves this place. The service is excellent.

This restaurant is a 10 stars easily. I order beef bulgogi from here every 2 weeks at least and I really enjoy the consistency of how good the food is. It’s always on point! and Ronnie is amazing at customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and taken care of. Thank you and I will be back for more

My friends and I went to this place for the first time. We were seated after about five minutes; however, we waited for about 30 minutes before someone came to our table and asked if we wanted something to drink. Mind you, this place wasn’t busy, with four waitresses roaming around our table as if we were invisible.
Once we finally ordered, we asked for short ribs and other things on the menu. She brought us two and a half pieces of short ribs for the three adults at our table and quickly walked away. We tried to ask her questions, and she just walked away and ignored us. We received such bad service for no reason from the moment we walked in.
When we finally managed to get her attention, she wasn’t friendly or forthcoming with any explanation until my friend mentioned that I write reviews with millions of views on Google. She quickly left and told the manager about it.
He quickly approached our table and asked about the Google reviews, providing friendly customer service for the remainder of our dining experience.
The food was as good as any other Korean BBQ restaurant.
For me, customer service is key, as it should be. If you make me feel uncomfortable and unwanted, why should I spend my money dining in your restaurant? I will never return to this place.
