We are not fast food, we serve fresh made to order food as quickly as we can. We would be classified as a quick service casual restaurant…a cafe or diner. Average order completion time is 15 minutes; however, prime time lunch and dinner times have been known to be 30 to 40 minutes. Please call ahead if you are on a time crunch.
We serve a typical selection of burgers plus many gourmet options of Burgers, Cheesesteaks and Po-Boys. We also serve a wide variety of salads made with organic ingredients; as well as, a large selection of gluten free options. We make every effort to cater to dietary needs and also offer most menu options as a lettuce or rice bowl for those that are trying to reduce their carb intake.
Thank you,
Daryn & Leslie

Oh my. I’m kind of a fatty food connoisseur of sorts. I’ve ate a lot of burgers in my day. Let me tell you. Wherever you are, this burger would be worth the drive. The grilled onions, crumbly bacon and cheese, with their local sourced beef made my double bacon cheeseburger absolutely perfect. If it’s not the best burger I’ve ever had, it’s very very close. French fries were perfectly done and I love the seasoning. Tastes a lot like Bojangles fries if you’re familiar with them. To top it off I got a peanut butter milkshake. Out of this world. Super thick, very good flavor. I’m a Peter Pan peanut butter guy, they used Skippy’s. I won’t hold it against them. Still very tasty. I will definitely be coming back for more.

It just doesn’t get better than Do-B’s. Lots of organic ingredients, locally sourced beef, friendly staff, great clean environment. Worth checking out. We always drive through Emporia during the holidays to see family and usually stop at Braums but Do-B’s will be a new stop for us moving forward!

I love the old school diner feel. Reminded me of the biker run burger joins where I’m from. The burgers were phenomenal! Not sure what kind of buns they were, but they were super soft and “dense” for lack of a better term. Almost like tearing away a piece of legacy bread. I’m usually not a bread guy, but this is good. One of the best things about the burger is if you order bacon on it, it’s a bacon crumble! That’s awesome! bacon bits in every bite. Fries were crisp and seasoned well.
Overall lives up to the rep!
The live flowers on the tables was a nice touch too.

Great place to stop on a road trip if you’re sick of chain fast food. Pretty tasty cheesesteaks. Great deal on hand scooped ice cream, especially if you have a bunch of kids. Only downsides: it’s a little slow and the restrooms are outside and require a key.

I’m not a 5⭐ kind of girl, but credit must be given where credit is due.
The sweet tea is *ON POINT*. Lipton tea with real sugar. That is miraculous in itself. The service? Everyone there seemed genuinely happy to be there and to see their customers. Management patrols the floor asking about quality and answering questions. Operations run super smooth and everything is fried in beef tallow.
The tallow provides a French fry/cheese curds/wing eating experience that registers instantly in the way-back machine as ‘Oh yeah. I had forgotten how good this tastes.’
We can’t wait to go back!

This is by far, the best burger joint (pun intended) ever. The fact that they use top quality ingredients all around is a good place to start. They even use beef tallow in their fryers! Plus, the staff is proud of the quality of food they make and you can tell. The flavors of their sauces, the perfectly cooked meats, crispy non-seed oil fries, and even good gluten free bread options make this my family’s favorite restaurant. The price is more than fair, too, considering all this.
Make sure to order ahead if you have a schedule to keep. Good food takes time and their food is the best!

I had a Philly cheese steak (Do-B’s). It was phenomenal !! The fries were great as well. Cause I was so hungry I ate before even taking a picture ‘Lol’. I did get an Italian soda, not bad just ain’t my favorite personally (not my thing). So excited to get to try the burgers next time. Must try the Do-B sauce !

The food was great however as someone who visited the first time I was almost immediately turned off, the tipping culture is way out of hand. How am I asked to tip before I get my food? Then if you do who does it goes too when you use a debit card. Then the food was not brought to me or was I waited on. So I pay and tip first and if I dont tip I feel like someone is gonna do something trifling. I do recommend this place but you almost lost a future repeated customer

Bathrooms around back and need a key like in a gas station. Only Real con to the place. Food was delicious. Creative burgers with excellent flavor profiles. Beef fat fries in general taste a little stale to me; but that’s just the tradeoff for the beef flavor. If you like Beef Fat Fries, then you’ll probably like these ones. Red Cream Soda on tap. Loved it. Clean Tables, but a little cramped together. People were very friendly. I got the impression that they were training a new cook during our visit. They cooked one order at a time. Didn’t take too long though. Would skip the cheesecake. Very expensive for a very basic piece of cheesecake. Honestly, Walmart cheesecake is better. It was frozen when we got it, ate it a couple hours later. Just okay. Atmosphere was small town quaint. Almost antique shop feel. Farm Fresh eggs for sale in the cooler. Lots of Christmas décor, as we went just a little before Christmas.

Seriously good food. One of the best veggie burgers I’ve ever had — and they let you swap out the patty on any specialty burger. Cheese curds are legit. Fries are great. Red Cream Soda on tap. The back patio is cozy, the people were great, and a sweet cat named Joseph came and hung out with us outside as we waited for our food.
