I’ve had four separate experiences with this bakery over the past year, and unfortunately each one has been disappointing in different ways.
The first time, I tried to special order a cake for my grandfathers birthday on May 11th and was told it was too close to Mother’s Day, so they couldn’t do it. They told me they were strictly taking Mother’s Day orders only.
The second time I special ordered a cake, the cake looked great overall, but there was a noticeable crack on the side.
The third cake was very underwhelming compared to a previous order, extremely plain and not what I expected based on earlier experiences.
Most recently, I went in a full month in advance (Jan 16) to order a cake for a birthday on February 16th. I was told my request was too time-consuming due to Valentine’s Day and only having one decorator. They said they could make the cake, but that I would need to order my own dachshund decorations instead of having them piped on, which wasn’t what I wanted.
After four experiences like this, I’m disappointed and no longer feel confident placing special orders here. Quality is inconsistent and am upset others have had great experiences and I can’t have a singular solid one.

Frantically searched for a bakery last minute for our wedding and Dizurts pulled through with a gorgeous personal cake, a large sheet cake, and dozens and dozens of different flavored brownies! They were extremely easy to work with and created my dream vintage inspired cakes. Absolutely darling work and the taste was fantastic. Highly recommend this bakery to anyone!

Excellent Bakery!!!! Definite 10 out of 10. I ordered a cake for my husbands 50th, and they did an absolute fabulous job!!! Everyone loved the design, as well as the cake. The cake was moist and flavorful, and the icing was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Tracy always does an Amazing Job on my Cakes. The taste of the cake is delicious & moist. The detail she puts into the Cakes is very creative. I’m never disappointed. Her cupcakes are also a hit. There’s always a variety. The inside of the store is decorated for each season or occasion and so cute. We’ll organized and roomy inside. Very clean. All around the best Bakery I’ve been too.

My sister bought her daughter’s 18th bday cake here. It was the ugliest thing but what do you do when the party’s an hour away. Your stuck with the cake that looked like it was a Thanksgiving turkeys birthday cake.

Baby Girl won a gift certificate to this place from a line dancing competition her and the girls competed in. She said her hips aren’t what they used to be but she gave her all. The place was very clean staff was great. They have a small selection of donuts but they were delicious. Scones were also very good. Tons to choose from. We will be back for sure.

We did a taste test with Dizurts and it was so hard to pick a flavor, but we went with the French vanilla for our wedding cake and a vanilla and chocolate sheet cake for the guests. Everyone was talking about how good the cake was, and it was SO BEAUTIFUL! I am so happy with the cake and highly recommend Dizurts!

This place is so sweet. The inside is very clean and beautiful. The selection was great and tasted amazing. We got the 4 pack of frosted cookies. They were super moist and so sweet. I got a Salted Carmel Cupcake- amazing. My kids got peanut butter something cupcake and death by chocolate cupcakes and they were so good too. Not just pretty, but delicious. They also got a little Easter Chick Oreo Treat and a chocolate cake pop in an ice cream cone. Those were sooo tasty too. Finally my husband had a maple (I think, it was light brown frosting) long John donut and he said it was so so good. He preferred it over the small tastes of each sweet listed above. He’s a bit of a sweets connoisseur & he approves of this place. It was worth the drive from the Columbus Metro area.
I also want to add that the staff was incredibly polite, helpful, well informed, and most importantly PATIENT!! This made the chaos of having 3 kids, overjoyed with excitement less overwhelming for me!!

This bakery was amazing! We were waiting to get our pizza next door and the owner walked over to our car and offered us free desserts. They were going out of town for the following week and asked us if we wanted anything! We will definitely be back to give them our business in the future.
