I love pulled pork and had high hopes. However this had the consistency of shredded plastic. Kind of like if you pulled the plastic ring off of a milk jug and chewed on it. It was dry, and chewy to the point of scratching the inside of your mouth and throat. They also ran out of the ciabatta buns and only told us after one of our sandwiches came out on a plain sesame burger bun. I will not be returning.

Hot crispy fries. The pork sandwich was a little dry but very tasty, it had a lot of meat in it. The chipotle barbecue sauce was great not to sweet with a nice mix of heat.

My first visit in a very long time. Saturday noon. Service could not have been better. Nettie waited on me and explained the menu very well. I had the Sampler and my wife had the beef ribs. I enjoyed the sampler very much and there was enough food for two people. All of the meat was tender and tasty and the chicken was delicious. The beef ribs were on the dry side however. I waited around 10-15 minutes for the food and there were not a lot of customers…just a steady flow. This is not “fast-food” nor do they make such a claim. The wait is justified. The food as some have commented was a bit greasy, but hey folks, we’re talking ribs, chicken and fried potatoes…it SHOULD be greasy! Summary: good food & excellent service with good pricing. I’ll be back.

First time eating at the Dixie Grill today and it was so yummy and had excellent customer service. The team was super friendly and made us feel welcome. I was hoping it was going to be as good as it smelled and it was!!! We had ribs and burgers, the ribs are some of the best I have had, the burgers were perfect grilled and delicious. The fry sauce was yummy too. Our little one loved the grilled cheese. The prices were good too. Overall the experience was great, good smells, good food, good prices & fantastic service. We have been hooked!!! I am sure everything in the menu is good based on what we had today. Thanks Dixie Grill we loved it!!! First time I didnt regret trying something new.

The BBQ sample is delicious! The bacon bombs are a favorite and they have lots of good bbq sauces inside. Their customer service is top notch. If you’ve been disappointed in the past years you must try again. It’s definitely improved from over 6 years ago when I tried it last.

My boyfriend and I went here for the first time several months ago. The food wasn’t bad at all. I’ve been waiting to write this review because the experience I had with the Manager left a bitter taste in my mouth. I was double charged and the Manager was not helpful at all between the unprofessional behavior after having to come into the restaurant after talking with her a few times on the phone. I finally had to file a dispute with my bank to get the money back.. One $20 visit turned into $40 and an additional headache that could’ve have been rectified if the “manager” would’ve done her job correctly the first time. Also refused to provide me with contact information for the owner so I could inform them how she treats customers and with the hope that the owner would be able to get this problem resolved. It’s really sad that one person could ruin a restaurant for someone just by their behavior but my first experience here was also my last.

Not great. They always take a very long time and the food is lukewarm at best and the fries are overpriced for the tiny amount they serve you and don’t ever seem cooked – they’re just floppy, greasy potatoes.

It used to be a lot better. It has gone down hill and prices have gone up. THe only thing worth getting is the southwestern burger. Its unique and tasty.

Tasty tasty! The beef brisket sandwich is on a delicious toasted bun. The meat is tender and the sauce isn’t over powering like some bbq places. Tina is doing a great job managing and improving an already excellent menu. The pork ribs are amazing and the pulled pork has a perfect balance of sweetness. I’ll be back when I come through town again.

The food here is really good when they get it right. The service, though, is absolutely awful. Waited 30 minutes tonight for a burger that had to be plain due to a severe tomato allergy, and what did they do? Scraped half of the stuff off and then rinsed the meat in water and put it back on the bun. Talk about disgusting. Chicken nuggets and tenders were lukewarm and dried out because they sat under a heat lamp for 30 minutes. Watched the girl that was running the drive thru take an old order of fries and drop them back in the oil and then serve them to another customer. Probably the fries we ordered and never got.
