I visited yesterday with my family and, unfortunately, the experience was very uncomfortable. The woman working in the kitchen was extremely rude and repeatedly spoke negatively about other employees while we were there. She kept interrupting, which made it difficult to enjoy our meal or spend quality time together. The food itself was fine, but the atmosphere completely took away from the experience. I hope management addresses professionalism in the workplace because it really impacts customers.

As soon as I pulled up with my family I could see about 4 female workers acting annoyed. One even waved her hand as if to shoo us away. I still went in and ordered food in the insanely awkward quiet atmosphere ( it was 9:30 and they close at 11). One woman walked over to the register and took my order practically rolling her eyes with each item I asked for. Behind her were three other female employees whispering and giggling and one playing in the cheese bin. The whole experience pissed me off. I spent $28 for a takeout order and when I got home my coney bowl was a couple cut up hotdogs, cheese and about two table spoons of chili. What a waste of money. Terrible service. Maybe hire people that know what customer service is.

Best place for chili and coneys. Everything is always so so good. On the down side last few times I have had a problem with getting my coneys with no onions to actually having no onions on them. I think the work stations must be getting crossed and onions are dropping in where they shouldn’t because it’s not a lot of onions but enough that your kids will refuse to eat it.

Party of 4 conveys and chili good ordered waffle fries and cheese curds. After about 20 minutes finally.got them. Waffle fries very hard and curds burned. Felt like we should have been refunded for those two orders which was about 10.00 but to no avail. Very disappointed and woul not recommend that location

Every Friday night, My grandparents & I always love to stop and get our dixie chili but recently the lady that works in the dining room has been really rude to us, she basically begs us for tips. You can’t even enjoy your food without being harassed by her. Drive thru only from now on. lol

Simply a gem. Great tasting meal for a great price. If you love chili you will won’t be disappointed. Keep in mind this is Cincinnati style chili. I recommend get the 6- way for a experience in flavor that you will not forget.

I was hoping for a little better based on other reviews but here was my experience. Visited during a weekday lunch around 1:30, so I wasn’t too busy.
There was no line and I walked right up to place my order. Immediately I could see and hear an employee who was having a meltdown. She was slamming utensils around and banging lids on the service line as she was putting orders together, while vocally going back and forth with coworkers. Whether she was having a bad day or disagreement with staff or was very uncomfortable and management did nothing to intervene.
But into the food, the clerk took my order, I grabbed a tray and proceeded for the unhappy girl to put my order together which was completed in a timely manner, food plopped on my tray with no eye contact or “thank you”.
I headed off to find a table and sit down. That’s when I noticed my crème soda was only about 70% full. So after a few bites and sips, I went back to the counter for a refill. I was told no refills. I explained to the clerk that my soda was never full to begin with and he begrudgingly filled it up again.
As for the food, I had a 6-way and cheese coney. Nothing remarkable. Not bad but didn’t stand out over their competition. In fact, I only ate about half of it and left.

I’d say this is the first time i’ve been there and the food there they got is amazing. the conies there are great, their fries are great, and cheese and chili looks great. only thing i didn’t like was the employee told me to wait for a few minutes for no reason, just for one more refill, like what? but other than that amazing food and restaurant overall.
