Wow, what a find for veggie lovers. Their entire menu is inspired by Ayurveda (thousands of year old Indian Tradition). Each dish has a special significance on what it helps balance. Truly amazing work by Chef Divya and team.
We loved the flavours on each dish we ordered here.

I don’t regularly eat a vegetarian diet yet this is my absolute favorite restaurant in the east village, by far. The food is extremely delicious and filling. Seriously, I’ve tried every dish. And the environment is so soothing you can actually relax while you eat. Can’t recommend this place enough. Oh and maybe you’ll see Emma Chamberlain

Post-India trip, this place was an absolute balm for the soul.

If you’re looking for a restaurant that makes you feel nourished, balanced, and truly well, you need to get to Divya’s Kitchen.

I just got back from doing a panchakarma in India to help balance my Vata dosha and this place was the perfect reset to transition back! It’s fresh, clean, and expertly spiced in a way that just feels incredibly settling. You can feel the intention and the Ayurvedic wisdom in every bite.

It’s the most sattvic and satisfying meal I’ve had in the city. Forget “healthy” that tastes bland; this is “healing” that tastes delicious.

It’s more than just dinner; it’s like a spa day for your gut. Highly, highly recommend if you need to slow down and find your center again! Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vegetarian and vegan options!
I tried this time the Crispy Sunflower Salad with and addition of Beluga Lentils… OMG the lentils were so so sooooo awsome!!

Also, I had the Rose Chocolate Mousse, with a Heart-Opening Rose tea. The mousse has a perfect level of sweet for me, as I’m very sensitive and try usually to be very away of sugar. Plus, it has good sweet, as it’s swetened with dates, not sugar. Delicious desert, I really enjoyed it!

The ambient is calm and invites you to relax. The place is super clean and very nicely and coherent decorated. They take care of every detail, from the menu presentation, tables, dishes and decoration. From floor to walls, furnishings, lamps and ceilings, you can notice the beutiful and very well curated style.

Menu is very wide and varied

I love the Ayurvedic menu idea, as I’m very connected to yoga practice. The menu gives you the clue to what dosha is related each dish.

Also I loved that they offer a big variety of caffeine free teas, but also give you caffeinated beverages too!!

So delicious! The curry was very creamy and tasty. And the roasted veggies were a pleasant surprise – nicely seasoned and packed with flavor.
The BONUS were the sweet waffles – got these as dessert. 100/10
You feel so good after eating this food

I love Divya’s! When I step in the doors I feel I’m entering a magical space and leaving the weight of life outside the door. It’s a calming space and the food is sooooo good! It’s filling and warming but not overly heavy – I feel energized after eating here. And the waitstaff is very sweet. My only wish is adding paneer to curry be a free add-on. Other than that I am in love. Also the mung soup is so amazing in winter especially. And the sunflower salad I loooove on days I need a quick lunch. It’s so filling and delish. I wish there were more places like this in the city.

Divyas is like a secret hidden sanctuary of peace and superfoods inside a bustling neighborhood. Exquisite atmosphere, and food that you can trust will nourish and satisfy you. I love this place for larger groups when you want to actually connect and hear each other speak, music is never too loud and you can tell they put love into the food and drink they serve.

The food was excellent, and the ambiance was wonderful. Although we couldn’t get a Bungalow reservation, the overall experience was still outstanding. Just across the Bungalow restaurant.

Divya’s is my GO TO restaurant in the east village. Impeccable, cozy, warm vibe with amazing service. The menu is Ayurvedic, but most importantly, DELICIOUS. Anything you order will nourish your belly and delight your taste buds. Favorite place to bring large groups, dates, etc. Post-meal tea and desserts to extend the stay and chat a little longer.

Went to Divya’s Kitchen for a birthday dinner- the food was delicious with the exception of the Paneer Nori Rolls, which were a tad bit oily. The Avocado Dip with the sesame crackers, the Creamy Vegetable Soup and Lasagna, with a side of Roasted Sweet Potatoes were great, flavourful but not overwhelmingly so. The fabulous chutneys made the rolls and sweet potatoes stand out. But the star dish was dessert- Carob Coconut Cake- it was amazing, not too sweet, melt-in-your-mouth delicious and the perfect end to our meal. Our server, Maci, was great with recommendations and overall service!
The only downer was the host, Victor- we were a party of 5 assigned a circular table and when we asked if a bigger table was available, he responded that all larger tables were already reserved for the evening by larger parties. This is fine, we understand, but his response was rude. Later during the meal, one of us was still eating and he took the plate away without even asking if they were done. This dampened our experience a bit, however, Maci made up for it with her graciousness.
