Located just across the hall from the entry to Capital One Arena, this is your last chance to before you are a captive audience. And paying captive audience prices.
Sat quickly at a high top. We had budgeted 90 minutes for dinner and drinks before heading into the show. Our server was a long quickly and was very friendly. Aside from the fact he didn’t seem to know the menu that well. He handed us the order tablet to look through beers and cocktails. A drink menu and draft list would really help sales.
Since we were early happy hour prices were in effect. So $10 will get you 5 buffalo wings. But 10 could get you a cheese burger.
We order a smaller version of the nachos at happy hour pricing. A few orders of wings. 2 salads and few drinks. We specifically told the server that the Cremea de Lima had to be on the side for an allergy.
Food showed up quick enough. However the nachos were covered in the sauce. Our server came came along a few minutes later and we reminded him about the allergy point. He briefly apologized and took the nachos away.
The buffalo wings had something “special” rather than typical Buffalo sauce. It didn’t taste “bad”, just not good. I stopped eating at the second wing.
We did end up ordering desert and but I had already given into the fact that I was gonna have to go into the arena to get something I could eat.
The bill came and the Nachos were shown on red which means they were removed from the bill. No one ever came by and offered to replace the nachos or any other option.
The ambience of this place is somewhere between a warehouse and your high school cafeteria. It’s clear their business is only over flow from other restaurants. I don’t see people coming here on purpose.
Would recommend walking past.
We were seated at 5:45 pm and were not acknowledged by any member of the wait staff until around 6:10. Even after that, we did not receive water until approximately 6:20. This was especially frustrating given that the restaurant was packed ahead of a hockey game and clearly understaffed.
While we eventually received drinks and food, the quality did not make up for the wait. The fried chicken sandwicharrived completely plain—none of the sauces or toppings listed on the menu were included. When we asked for sauce, it never came. The sandwich itself was bland, overly breaded, and lacking flavor. We also ordered a burger, which honestly tasted worse than fast food. A second burger and a beer were ordered later and never arrived.
We had to flag someone down just to get the check and speak with a manager. While the food was comped, we were still charged for four drinks totaling about $51, which was surprising given that it was happy hour. The manager attributed the issues to the internet being down, but this explanation didn’t align with what we observed—when staff were present, many were standing around talking while the restaurant remained busy.
The only bright spot of the evening was the host, who noticed we had been sitting for over 30 minutes without water. She took our drink order herself, ensured the manager made them, and personally brought them to our table. She was also the only staff member who genuinely apologized for the experience.
Overall, despite the food being comped, the combination of poor service, underwhelming food, and lack of accountability made this a place we would not return to—especially before a major event.
At first glance and listen it seemed like somewhere I needed to be. There was a gamer event going on so there was a dj, the big screen had guest playing a game, the atmosphere was hype to say the least. My friend and I walked in and was seated immediately.
The music was so loud that you were basically screaming at the person sitting right next to you. The AC was on full blast and it was super hot that day so that was a turn off. I felt like I need a to be wrapped up or freeze! I didn’t do research on the menu before coming so when My friend asked was there any dishes without pork, and the waitress replied NO I knew then that this little stop was a bust. We ordered two drinks and the check and sat and waited for all three. I ordered a strawberry margarita and My friend ordered a Mai Tai. My margarita was good and strong, but the Mai Tai didn’t appear the way it should have. It was light pink with a lime in it. It looked like pink lemonade to give you a mental picture. We looked at it for a minute and discussed what it ahould look like versus what was brought over and nothing added up. Reluctantly we drank both drinks and paid our check and vacated.
