If you like onions and mushrooms, you will like this. If they bother you, not much for you to eat. Beef stew was 3 stooges style. My bowl literally had a tiny tiny piece of beef! More like onion & mushroom soup – very runny. They call it Hardy Minor’s Beef Stew. Now I get it. Minor amounts of beef!
