Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!!!!
If i could give zero stars period I would. This place is so bad the manager even looked like he would rather be some where else. I only clicked 1 star so I could leave a review.
Food- ice cold, only brought half of it out at a time, you can tell it sat under the heat lamp too long, and it took an hour to be served a cold meal. I didn’t eat what was brought to the table once I tried a bite of a French fry. Sandwich looked soggy also cold to the touch.
Service – Seems like no one cares
Standards – ZERO
Bathroom – dirty and I wouldn’t use it if I was you
Drinks – I mean I ordered a blue raspberry lemonade so my expectations where already low but it tasted like blue water.
There are plenty of places to eat in town, I suggest you go anywhere else. This place is not worth it.

They were out of the appetizer we wanted to try which wasn’t a big deal, so I tried the boneless wings and the chicken qusadilla, which was still good. We tried the popping Shirley which me and my kid and I both liked. The waitress was busy but very attentive and nice and accommodating. Seriously love the French onion soup. It’s so good! Thank you.

No soap in bathroom…. Manager was extremely rude when I asked for my mothe’s diet pepsie to be corrected to the regular one she ordereded. Then she cam out and yelled at us for taking home the 2nd order of bottomless fries we had ordered. Then when my mom tried to tell her, she didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to us she doubled down and argued with us about how we should feel and “I was just explaining our policies while throwing her hands up in a dismissive fashion” ♀️ I understand people have their policies but then explain that when you take the order and or drop off the food with dignity and respect the manager is the one who dropped off our 2nd order of fries but she waited until we were packing up our food and came over full volume screeching about how she can’t let people just order a bunch (like 2 is a bunch??) of extra fries and take them home. Then after we left I got the text my bank saying how much we were charged and it was $10 extra ….. Such to say while the food it’s self was delicious I will never be back as the manager does not have a single respectfully bone in her body.

The service at Applebees can sometimes be hit or miss. The service here was HIT for sure. Katina was great!

Late night stop on my way through. This place is gross. The food was not prepared correctly, the flavor was way off on the chicken parmigiana. The beer was skunky and the burger came to the table and was sweet. They also sat us at a table I asked not to be set in the area due to the undisciplined child already acting out uncontrollably, we were sat literally in a booth connected to this kid freaking out. We paid for everything because we got the deal and after the wait staff said she’d take my meal off never did and also never came back out from the back. We just wanted to leave. I edited this because we are both contending with upset stomach problems now.

I ordered a hamburger. You would assume that would come with perhaps lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup mustard or something. But it comes with this weird red sauce. I have no idea what to do with it it doesn’t taste like anything I’ve tried before. It’s super gross. Such a waste of money.

2021 wasn’t that pleasant. I ordered a margarita and at about half I noticed something on the glass. At first I thought it was salt or maybe sugar so I touched it and it was actually a chip of the glass and cut my finger a little bit. I told the server about it. It took long time before he got back to me and said he told the manager about it and it’s noted. He took my drink but didn’t do anything. Oh my, the manager just noted it. Deals might come with a chipped glass and for sure the manager will take note on that.

If I could give zero stars thats what I would do. We had the worst dining experience I’ve ever had today. Your restaurant was so dirty, the food was terrible, and the service was just as bad. I have contacted corporate and have photos of the dirt and nasty food. Food (or something) smeared all over windows, the salad was moldy and mushy, the food was luke warm and the server was never anywhere to be found. Flies everywhere.

My husband and I ate here on Monday (10-6-25). Our server was Cindy and she was absolutely amazing. Her smile contagious and her kindness along with conversation made our night. If you visit anytime soon, ask for her.

I’m giving this restaurant a 4 star rating because the manager and front of house staff was wonderful. However, what wasn’t wonderful was having our fish and chips delivered still cold, maybe a little frozen on the inside. My poor husband took a bite before we realized the issue. Manager handled it really well, he gave us a free meal next time we were in, but we did leave that night without dinner. Frozen fish kind of killed to appetite.
