Pretty amazing sub, pizza and pasta joint. Have had the crispy pizza, enormous subs and quick delivery. Subs are made on locally procured rolls and the delivery is fast. With the billions of choices for pizza in Malden (seriously, why so many pizza joints?), I think I like DiPietro’s the best. The pies are always tasty and the delivery is quick. I remember going to DiPietro’s as a kid, visiting family in the area. I was in love with their fresh pita. I still love it This place is great! I usually order the steak tip salad here and love it! Fresh veggies are always used, and the lettuce is never wilted. Steak tips are always cooked to perfection and I LOVE the feta! The staff is ALWAYS so nice and that’s why I keep coming back.

I finally found the NY-style thin crust pizza I’ve been looking for! So much “thin crust” pizza around here has a bread-y crust, but these were big, thin, foldable slices with plenty of cheese and toppings. Delicious.
On top of that, the customer service is terrific. I walked in looking for a slice and was a bit disappointed to see they only had cheese out, but they offered (without me even asking) to add pepperoni. I ordered two slices and ended up getting two more for free because the people working weren’t happy with how the first two slices turned out. I honestly thought the first two were great, and said I didn’t need more, but they insisted. I certainly appreciate the high standards and great service.
I’ve definitely found my new pizza place.

Ordered from door dash and the fries and the cheese steak stub tasted absolutely terrible. Like the worst taste ever, after the second bite I gave up on even trying to enjoy because I was so hungry and it immediately went in the trash. This was a horrible experience.

I have been ordering food for my parties of over 250 people. I have never in 40 years been disappointed. I don’t know what the hell went wrong with your service but tonight was horrid. Absolutely disgusting. Put it this way at my party. Nobody touched it. The meatballs are frozen or tasted like they were frozen. They were as hot as a rock. It was disgusting for $200 absolutely disgusting and I will let my family know about this I am so sad about it, and I raved about you and fought against multiple family members insistent that I have gotten food from you for many many years and it was disgusting I will absolutely never order from you again, and I am going to post this on Facebook

Customer service is terrible. The employees don’t even look at your face when you’re talking to them. They messed up my order. I asked for a steak bomb and they gave me a cheesesteak. Then they didn’t even offer to make a new one for me .
They lied and said there was a “steak tip bomb” on the menu and there wasn’t.

Went in there with my 5 year old to pick up a couple of pizzas my wife called in. Ordered 2 large pizzas, I heard the lady ask the cook for 2 large pizzas for pick up. Now I should’ve noticed when I was in there but I was playing “I spy” with my son but once I got down the street in my car I noticed they gave me 2 different size pizzas. I called a bunch of times and they kept picking up then waiting a few seconds and hang up. Now the phone is off the hook which means they know why I’m calling and that makes it even worse. If the weather wasn’t so terrible right now and I wasn’t with my son I would’ve went back and threw the pizzas in their faces. Absolutely terrible service to not answer your phone and even worse to charge someone $36 and change for 2 large pizzas and not give them what they paid for. Bunch of clowns.

After Many attempts on contacting the store they finally got in touch with me and reimburse my 28.96 in cash and also brought me two slices of pizza. I was happy that they really had the intent to do the right thing! After all I give them five stars for correcting the mistake and. doing the right thing by the customer.

Sorry cause I didn’t have any photos of those delicious cold subs which I ordered and Ruba’s pizza (ordered small but in real the pizza so big). But my favorite was cold sub – salami & provolone cheese (a lot of spicy marinaded veggies and fresh too like tomatoes and lettuce)
