Pictures of burnt pizza are from Dinos. The other pictures are from a legit pizza place.
No obvious signage explaining the flow of dining in vs take out. Was told I have to take my food to go after waiting in line to order and that I would have to go to the bar to order dine in. Asked if I wanted to go I said no and told I need to order at the bar, but they took my order. anyway. Got a burnt slice of pizza.
Didn’t eat my food.
Not much positive to say except the music is good.
On my way to the other pizza by the slice place on cap hill.

Walked in and I was instantly digging the vibe of this place. Red accent lightly and great music. The mood has been set for me to tear up some ! The staff was super friendly. We ordered the hot salami…delicious!

Ordered two slices on a Friday night. Normally a cool spot, but got super burnt pizza. Asked for new slices and was told they would be the same…assuming this meant they stopped making pizza for the night, but the bartender didnt explain… Expected a refund or discount or something but was told I should “deal with it”. Could barely eat half of the pizza.

Food: the spicy sausage pizza was so oily and way too salty. The cheese was super dry and not melty (could be because it was left out for takeout). Overall, I would not recommend the spicy sausage pizza. The other pizzas seemed like they could be better but we didn’t try it so I can’t confirm. Based off the sausage, I would give a 2 star but want to give the benefit of the doubt. The dough was okay.
Service: nothing notable.
Atmosphere: seems like a nice bar to sit with friends and chat over a drink and pizza.

No kids allowed, big very unique antique bar, and tasty affordable slices of pizza. It’s absolutely fantastic. They have a happy hour with a lot of really good deals as well

Always wanted to check this place out, finally did, was not disappointed. The classic with anchovies was perfection, will be going back for more.

Nothing fancy, just very solid all around. A good foldable slice and tasty classic cocktails on tap.

This place is an institution of the highest order. Ambience is incredible with great music and moody lighting and the food is next level. Fresh garlic knots with Vodka sauce instead of marinara, pizza by the slice or whole pie with both classic favorites and inventive specials, which also applies to the strong cocktails. Open late and reliably busy but there’s always room for you, or a to-go slice with your name on it.

If you and your friends are looking to catch your breath and have a bite between bars, this is a great spot to sit down and do so! They have a good cocktail and drink list.
If you’re out and about, their pizza hits the spot. However, I’ve had a few bad experiences with their take-out. For some reason it just doesn’t feel the same if it’s the only stop of the night?

I think this is the BEST Sicilian style pie in the city. I wasn’t aware it was Jersey style. Correct me if I’m wrong. I love the slight char, the square pizza, the quality of cheese, and pepperoni are amazing. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. I would only suggest expending because it’s so good.
