Great service! I love the Bang Bang Shrimp and all the Happy Hour appetizers. We recently celebrated a friend’s birthday there. My order did not get served and I eventually canceled it after sharing other plates with my group. Our server still comped my drink which I didn’t expect. I left her a nice tip anyway.

Came in for Mother’s Day at lunch to find sticky unfinished floors. Took 50 min to order and get the food. Bourbon glazed salmon was 3 out of 5, sweet and not spicy at all. Mahi Mahi was horrible, fishy taste and not much else, shrimp on top was great. Side of green beans came with ends not trimmed. Looks like they expect the customer to do what they should have done during prep work. Even the Bang bang shrimp was not as spicy as it used to be years ago. Best thing out of the whole dinner was the bread and oil dip, that was spot on. At the end, I was charged $40 for the Mahi Mahi that was listed at $32.50 on the month’s special menu. Took 12 more minutes to get that fixed. Service was extremely slow. It took almost an hour to leave after we finished our food. Really dissapointing, we won’t come back again, there are much better choices in Tri-Cities.

This was one of the few places which was open on July 4th. We had a dinner reservation just in case (party of 7). The restaurant was nice in terms of interior. We placed our drinks and order. The food was really good. Started with few drinks (parker margarita is a must try), couple of beers, Bang banh shrimp, crab cakes, salmon with sides – brussels sprouts. The bread and oil which they served was way too good. Could resist asking for more. The girl who served us was very polite but the guy who came to serve our drinks was little confused and sounded rude (at least that’s how we all felt, wasn’t sure if he wanted to sound rude). Hence the 4 stars on service. Otherwise overall good experience dining here.

First off, shout out to Alex, our waiter, for putting up with our group of 8, answering our dumb questions, and doing an excellent job! The food was delicious, and the pineapple martinis are absolutely amazing. After two, we switched to pineapple martini shots. We originally came in to celebrate my wife’s birthday and get some bang bang shrimp. Everything was great, and the service was the best we have had in a while.

Have not been here for 2+ years. Made Reservation for a Friday night at 5:15p. Drove the 1.5 hours, from home, to celebrate a special occasion. We were seated at our scheduled time, the staff were friendly and attentive to us the entire time we were there. The meal was fabulous, as we have experienced before. Glad we returned – will come again.

Great ambiance, the cocktails were crafted perfectly. The bread was served hot and the dipping oil was out of this world. The lobster was delicious too. We didn’t feel rushed. I highly recommend.

Came in at 5pm on a Saturday night group of 5. We were sat right away. It took about an hour and 20 minutes to get our entrees. We had bang bang shrimp appetizers which were delicious!! Crispy and the sauce was so good with a hint of spice. Reminds me of yum yum sauce with more of a kick. They give you a side of bread with an oil that I can’t quite remember the flavors but it was good! Had the bonefish pomegranate martini which was yummy, very sweet so probably would only have one, but loved it. For dinner I shared the chimichurri filet with garlic mashed potatoes and crispy garlic potatoes with a friend. So what you see in the picture is just half serving. They split the plates for us and we didn’t even ask so that was wonderful. The steak was so tender and cooked perfectly the chimichurri sauce was delicious and I haven’t stopped thinking about it. Garlic mashed potatoes were fine the crispy ones were so good and had a nice aioli sauce. Our server was great. Everything did take a while but it was packed on a Saturday night, the delicious food surely made up for it!

Brought my mother here for mother’s day and was not too busy so we were seated immediately. I ordered the steak and shrimp and my mom ordered the chicken and shrimp. They had a delicious grilled taste to it. I loved the seasoning they used not too salty and the steak was cooked to perfection medium rare. The bacon mac and cheese was so hot and gooey I loved it! I will be coming back again to try other menu items. It was a good first experience with this restaurant and the server was so kind and attentative.

Another fantastic meal at Bonefish. The Cod Fish and Chips are the best in town. The batter is light and crispy. My wife always gets the Bang Bang Chicken. For dessert, we got the Pumpkin Lava Cake. The drink shown is the Winter White Cosmo. Dangerously good.

I love their bang bang shrimp tacos. they also have been bang shrimp which is always really good. Their burgers are really yummy you have to try those this isn’t just like a fish restaurant you can try a bunch of different things there menu is off-the-charts they have wonderful drinks to offer cocktails.
