Stopped in for lunch with my family at my daughter’s request, and we were pleasantly surprised. This all-you-can-eat buffet offers great value for the price. The variety of Chinese dishes and Mongolian BBQ ingredients was impressive, and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Perfect spot for a casual, satisfying meal.

I came in there and was 2nd customer of the day. I’m a construction worker and I came in in my sweats and rain boots. I felt judged and then I sat and ate. I felt like the service was fine but I felt like they thought I wasn’t going to pay. After drinking my Soda I found multiple flies in my Soda. I was disgusted and couldn’t eat anymore. I had a friend that was coming to join me I called him off. I told them and they didn’t give me any money off and charged me like greedy restaurant people would. I will never be back. Don’t go eat here they aren’t clean. Go to Twin Dragon.

Went for dinner with my family of 4 and infant. Went to pay and the lady said $141 and some change. I said absolutely not, only 4 of us ate. Long story short, and I don’t know how she came up with that amount, but the price went down to $88.85 and I tipped $5. I wasn’t surprised by this. Ding How has a tendency to over charge or make up charges for certain things so I’ve heard and proved true. We won’t be back.

It is a clean facility, but I don’t like their attitudes when it comes to getting food at the buffet. What ever you put on your plate, you have to eat it or they charge extra. A person knows there body better than the people at yat ding how. The waiter forgot to ask us if we wanted anything else to drink.

10/24/23- I went for lunch. My buddy was intimidated by the sign, so she did not eat comfortable. She felt a lot of pressure that she would not finish her food. As for me I didn’t mind.
I enjoyed the food they have out. It was all fresh. The Mongolian is nice but the cook didn’t season it as well or it was missing an ingredient. I like my food spicy and it wasn’t. It’s a good back up to the line.
The service is great! Nice ladies at the front. They keep your drink filled and I enjoyed them.

DING HOW! Mongolian BBQ. Whew! You never leave this place hungry whatsoever! In fact I am full the rest of the day after this place! It is good!! Mongolian BBQ and a buffet next to it as well. I mean it is genius! Best of my two favorite worlds!! All you can eat buffet and Mongolian grill! Wow!!! There is also a salad bar but why bother with such! There is too much other real food!!
Check out my photos and get a feel for the two sides of all you can eat wonder!! If you can handle some spice then do so!! Price is not terrible you just are satisfied all around.
There is fresh fruit and ice cream which I applaud them in having. My kids love that part and I did too.
The people that run it are friendly! Oh and don’t be intimidated by their signage on the table. Just actually eat your food! Eat what you dish up!

Sometimes we are greeted when we walk in. We always get to a table fast. Food is hot and delish, very small selection but my fave or the mushroom and the fried chicken. My kids love the sesame chicken. If you dont eat everything you get you pay 7.00 extra its the wasteful food fee. We come here alot ever since they have new cook. Come and give it a try.

This was the first place I visited to have a meal on my first trip to Anchorage. My first impression was of the care and comfortable feeling of the place. I was welcomed, grabbed a bowl and began making a pile of ingredients I liked. The cook took time to ask how I liked my sauces and gave his kind approval. I was seated and took in the ambiance of the place while my food was cooked on the flat iron. I noticed locals coming in and realized I missed some protocol, get seated first and then go up! I also noticed folks excitement and eagerness to be there. People asking for their favorite booth, couples excited for their date nights. The meal was perfectly cooked, I’d go back a thousand times just to have the same thing again. If I went back a second time however, I’d try the hot side buffet. They ask that folks only take what they can eat, so I dutifully returned an empty bowl. See photos for how Ding How greets travelers in Anchorage. Personally I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Thank you Ding How!

I moved from the Abbott area to Muldoon about 4 years ago. Every time I drive pass this place, I mention to my wife that we should try it. She always says no. She’s not big on, all you can eat restaurants. Today I was running errands with my son, and asked him if he’d like to go to Ding How. So we did. Everyone we interacted with was great. Yes there is a sign on every table, to not waste food. I agree with the owners. If the Royal Fork had signs like this, they might still be in business. Ding How was clean and the food was good! The two of us were pleasantly surprised!

Tried Twin Dragons Mongolian BBQ for lunch & Ding How Mongolian BBQ for early dinner.
Twin Dragons was def better. Their meats & veg looked & tasted fresh. The sauces were more flavorful. Their buffet had better options. They brought soup for a starter.
Ding How was not very clean (as in, their floor was grossly sticky…) their sauces are pretty bland. Teriyaki was meh. Mongolian had an odd tomato sauce base flavor? Their buffet stuffs were cold. Also, they have notes everywhere from charging extra for plates not finished, to charging mandatory tip on parties of 5+… just not very welcoming….
