We finally got to try the new Din Tai Fung in Scottsdale for their Soft Opening and it was amazing! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. The vibe inside was great. Very sleek and modern with a beautiful large bonsai in the middle of the dining area. The food was absolutely incredible. We tried the Cucumber Salad, Chicken Xiao Long Bao, Chicken and Mushroom Buns, Spicy Chicken Wontons, Chicken Dumplings, Fried Rice with Chicken, and the Chocolate Buns. Everything was delicious and fresh. We enjoy that everything comes in shareable portions so that we could try a lot of stuff. I look forward to keep coming back to this location now that it’s nearby! The grand opening will be April 20th and I recommend checking online for reservations if you intend to dine here.
