The bathrooms were absolutely FOUL. I have never seen such dirty bathrooms apart from gas stations. Parkersburg WV Bob Evan’s should be ashamed of how nasty and smelly their bathrooms are. I could smell them before I even got to them. Attached are photos of the men’s and women’s bathrooms. The toilet seats had smears and hair on them. The bottoms of the toilets by the floor had what looked like mold and dirt caked up on them. Toilet paper, hair and who knows what else everywhere. In the men’s bathroom specifically were tons of boogers on the walls. The floors were so slick with either grease or floor cleaner i had to walk so slowly to not slip. These bathrooms need some major upgrades or someone cleaning them multiple times a day. Now mind you the food was awesome and our waitress was amazing but those bathrooms moved me to make a review.

Got carryout Bob Evans family feast.
Never had gotten a Thanksgiving carryout Thanksgiving dinner before and was a little leary, but Food was excellent and fed 6 people with as many leftovers as was eaten. Will definitely not spend 2 days in the future preparing this meal at home again.

Well I have to say Bob Evans that after today I’m not sure my family and I will be back.
We have been saying this for awhile due to mediocre food and long wait times.
This morning 6 of us came for breakfast. One of the few times we didn’t have a long wait.
Our server was good and attentive and kept our drinks full.
Unfortunately the food was horrible. The potatoes on every plate was dark brown, hard and unpalatable. 3 of us had sausage patties and they all came out totally burnt black. The waitress even recognized they were burnt and said she would bring out more. Unfortunately they were burnt also.
Just about everything that was brought out was way over cooked.
The comments were, this is it for Bob Evans.
When I got to the register and after paying the bill, I was informed that the bill I was given, wasn’t the right bill. So they had to cancel my transaction and start over.
So overall this was a very disappointing breakfast. I believe that since Bob Evans was purchased awhile back from the original Bob Evans it has just continued to go down hill.
We probably won’t be back for awhile and I would recommend that higher management needs to review what’s going on here. If it’s like this everywhere, you won’t be in business long.

Food was decent, waitress was polite and attentive, Manager should not be in customer service of any type. I saw they accidentally overcharged me, the manager told me that it was my fault, and that there was nothing she could do. When she did finally give me a gift card instead of a refund, I noticed there was gum stuck to the back of the cash register. Building as nasty as the manager.

We came in for Valentines day. There were probably 8 tables of people. We ordered sausage gravy and biscuits 2 eggs. And some kind of breakfast bowl. We both ordered coffee. The coffee was cold. They brought fresh when we ask them. Our dinner came. Sausage gravy and eggs were cold. The air coming our wasn’t warm air which they needed because it was cold out and inside. I ate what I could. My fiance ate his. He ask for wheat toast very well done. It wasn’t toasted at all. We needed more coffee. Our waitress was running around like crazy. I needed another napkin. I had to get something out of my purse to use. The table across from us ordered a to go order. They never received it and told the server they weren’t waiting any longer. The other needs were not addressed for them either. They had enough, they left. There was another table sat down. They were never waited on. The floors were all a mess. So dirty. We still sat waiting on our coffee still. This server never came back to see if any of her tables needed anything. Im not sure why she was so overwhelmed. We could see her going back and forth in the server isle. She finally came out and we got her attention. We said we needed more coffee please. She gave us coffee but no one around us that needed it.
We still waited for our bill. The food was not eatable. Nothing was warm.
We ask for banana bread. They didn’t have any. When I ask why, they were going to bake it for Sunday, the next day. The server said they weren’t busy before we came.

We shared a yummy salad of chicken salad and fruit, but Heavenly (our waitress’s name) brought me two of THE BEST BISCUITS I have ever eaten!
People!!! If you ever come to this city, STOP here! Ask for Heavenly for a wonderful experience while you finish your yummy food. Ask for a fresh biscuit!!!

Food is always good. A good variety. You can choose breakfast. lunch, or dinner. Only draw back is they are closed on Christmas. I understand that, but you can order a take out meal or family size if you order in advance.

If they had a negative that would be my choice. Ordered Sirlion Tips with mushrooms and onions. Instead was give a burger patty with brown gravy and about 4 pieces of mushrooms and 4 pieces of onion. Our visit started out good, we had a zero wait was asked about a table or booth and were seated in a booth like we asked. We were seated near and elderly couple, within the first 5 minutes of sitting down the man had blew his nose 4 times. When our waitress Jessica came back we asked to be moved. She said it was fine after we explained why. The couple proceeded to say something and her words were “oh you did nothing wrong” which hey I get. Everyone wants that tip, but then she proceeded to talk about it with her coworkers loud enough for us to hear at the back of the restaurant. Certain levels of professionalism should have been exhibited. The better choice for Bob Evan’s would be to go to the Southside of Parkersburg.
The pot roast was cold. The sandwich we ordered had old and soft tomato’s and the bread was burnt.

They do such a good job with being family friendly. They offer to take kids orders first so their plates come out first, in booth high chairs are awesome, the kids meals are well priced for lots of food.
