My friends and I had been wanting to try this place for a while but couldn’t get a reservation, so we decided to go right when they opened at 4 PM on a Thursday and we were seated immediately! The host and our server let us know we would need to finish by 5:30 PM, which was more than enough time for a relaxed dinner.

The restaurant itself was very charming, especially with the dim lighting, which created a cozy atmosphere. Our server could tell we had done our research and shared our excitement about being there, which made the experience even better.

We started with the hazelnut espresso martinis, and they were amazing, the hint of hazelnut was perfectly balanced. For appetizers, we ordered the Caesar salad, which was well-dressed, and the croutons truly made the dish with their perfect texture. We also tried the mozzarella sticks, which could’ve used a little more salt, but were still delicious.

I was most excited for the vodka pizza, and it did not disappoint. The tavern-style crust was perfectly crispy, and the spicy pork sausage on every slice added so much flavor.

We finished with the chicken parmesan, which was perfectly cooked, and the spicy vodka stuffed shells. The ricotta was light and fluffy, and the pasta practically melted in my mouth. We were too full for dessert this time, but we’ll definitely be back to try more!

Highly recommend coming here! Great food, great service, and a wonderful overall experience.

LOVED our first time at Dimmi Dimmi! From the ambiance, to the service and food… everything was top notch. The pizza, mozzarella sticks and clams were superb, but the vodka stuffed shells? Next level! Our server Olivia was incredible – so kind, attentive and hospitable. She truly made us feel like regulars – like we had been coming there for years. We can’t wait to come back!

I’ve seen this place all over social media so I was a bit worried it might be overhyped. But actually, it blew me away!!! It is 100% worth all the hype it’s getting.

Our server Ronni was so fantastic and guided us through the best parts of the menu. The standouts to me were the Italian Beef Carpaccio (we ordered a second because we loved it so much!), orecchiette tarantino, and Farrell alfredo. Special shoutout to the Caesar salad which had a super bright and lemon forward dressing with the best croutons.

Service was immaculate, and especially friendly and welcoming. We had touch points with multiple staff all night and all were very pleasant experiences. The vibe inside was cozy and warm.

For dessert our favorite was the chocolate cake! We also tried the limoncello which was perfectly zingy and sweet. Really enjoyed our time and Ronni was the best!

This place has a great vintage cozy vibe with friendly staff who make you feel right at home. We sat at the bar and had excellent service the whole night.

The focaccia with the relish tray was fresh with a nice balance of sweet and savory. The Dimmi Salad was light and refreshing, and the polenta was rich and creamy. The Hamachi Crudo Diavolo was fresh and flavorful, and the vodka pizza had the perfect thin, crispy, chewy texture. The chicken parmesan was crispy and tasty, and I took the Orecchiette Tarantino to go based on the bartender’s recommendation, which was a great call.

The hazelnut espresso martinis were a highlight. Smooth and foamy with just the right touch of sweetness and nuttiness, and they even offer a decaf option.

We finished with the chocolate cake, which had layers of chocolate mousse and a light crunch from the crispies, a great way to cap off the meal.

Overall, really good food, great drinks, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely come back.

Great choice if you enjoy chili oil or simply want to feel something again. A surprising amount of the menu is spice-forward—fantastic for heat-seekers, slightly limiting if you, like me, prefer your meals without the threat of perspiration. The pizzas looked popular, which is usually a good sign that they will not attack you.

The Calabrian Dirty Martini was… creative. Tomato-forward, almost like someone asked, “What if a martini wanted to be a gazpacho?” Admirable effort, not for me, but I’m sure there’s an audience somewhere.
The Dimmi Spritz, on the other hand, is light, refreshing, and doesn’t raise existential questions.

Broccoli Rabe & Fagioli: proof that vegetables can, in fact, taste good—should you insist on ordering them.
Chicken Parmesan: enormous, very good, and large enough to feed a family of four or one person in denial.
Spicy Vodka Stuffed Shells: delicious, but very much another episode of “Everything Everywhere All at Once, featuring Chili Oil.”

Dessert is where the place really shines. The chocolate cake is huge and very good, but let’s be honest—the gelato with chocolate crunchies is the true scene-stealer. The Hazelnut Espresso Martini is a great lighter option if you want dessert without committing to “cake for dinner.”

In short: come for the spice, stay for the portions, and maybe skip the martini that thinks it’s a tomato.

Wish I could give 5 stars because everyone who attended to us once we were seated at the bar were so friendly and bubbly. I had really good banter with each one of them – I wish I caught their names!

The food was amazing, we had the bolognese and four cheese pizza. Perfectly paired with our rosé and Sauvignon blanc.

The only ONE thing I felt disappointed in was the service I got from the hostess while waiting for bar seats. There were two parties around us who were also waiting for bar seats and I noticed a lady was enjoying a glass of wine while waiting so I went up to the hostess to ask if I could also order drinks while we wait. She directed me to the bar which I thought okay sure, maybe that’s where the lady got hers. But was then feeling really bummed when I came back with my drinks to find every other parties around us who were also waiting were able to order from the hostess directly and even have a waitress coming up to them at the waiting area, to serve them the wine instead of having to go up to the bar. We were left puzzled and not sure why there was this differential treatment.

Highly recommend if you are vegetarian! Totally forgot the friend I was meeting here for dinner was vegetarian and we still had a feast! Get the regular focaccia, eggplant lasagna, farfalle alfredo, CAESAR SALAD (for the croutons 100%), broccolini and a yummy aperol spritz or chocolate espresso martini. Will be coming back again to try what I couldn’t (chicken parmesan). I was fine with not trying the pizza. It looked small and thin anyways. Do make a reservation.

The atmosphere is amazing, complemented by excellent service and delicious food. We started with baked clams, meatballs, Italian beef carpaccio with giardiniera, and mozzarella sticks with perfect pull. We also enjoyed sausage and fungi bianco pizzas with a thin, crispy crust. The pasta dishes were outstanding too; the Gnudi Pomodoro with sheep’s milk ricotta was possibly the best, and the Orecchiette Tarantino was perfectly seasoned with homemade sausage. Next time, we are coming back to try the main menu, just appetizers and shareables this time, and end with a double espresso, chocolate cake, and tiramisu. Can’t wait to come back.

I mean it’s alright. Got a pizza and meatballs for pickup. Pizza was tiny and was pretty good but not great. Got the meatballs as an app and again, they were fine but nothing special. The price for what we got was absolutely not worth it. You’re better off getting DeNuccis or Pizz’amici

Such a delicious spot! We got the sesame focaccia, Caesar salad, gnudi, and cheese pizza. Everything was delicious! I will say the portions were a little smaller than expected (for the salad and gnudi especially) but taste was 10/10 on everything. Our server Ronni was also amazing and so nice! We will definitely be back!!
