We’re not your average quesadilla… we marinate our meats overnight, brisket is slow-smoked in-house, produce is cut down by hand fresh daily, and we lovingly make our dipping sauces from scratch! Come visit our friendly and energetic staff – they’ll quickly serve you a DILLA-icious meal packed with flavor. Dillas was founded by local Dallas couple, Kyle and Maggie Gordon, in 2013. Locations are in Plano, Frisco, McKinney and 3 in Louisiana!

The food was pretty good overall. I got the Double Dilla, and my sister swapped a slice of the Lone Star with me. I also ordered a limeade and a medium chips and queso. The Lone Star was really good, and the Double Dilla tasted exactly how I expected (which is a good thing). I do wish the “seasoned” items actually had more seasoning. It felt more like they were just decorated with red dust and tasted slightly sweet , but they were still enjoyable. The limeade tasted great, and the employees provided excellent service. Overall, I’d recommend it.

This is an old favorite of my wife’s, but this is my first time trying it. And I’m sold! The Gordo (secret menu item) was phenomenal. Very much enjoyed the fries—especially dipped in the queso. The service was above and beyond—I don’t just mean smiles, but genuine friendliness and one staff later circled back to us to check in and give us two coupons. My wife also mentioned how much they give back to their community and support the community. It was also evident they care about their employees and celebrate them. So a great company with great food… check ‘em out as soon as you can!!!!

Pretty solid for fast food. The Double Dilla was really good, the fries were crispy and the queso was good as well. The chips were a little on the stale side and the plain dilla lacked flavor and was a tad dry. If you go get the double dilla, fries and chips & queso. Overall id give a 7.9/10. The people are really nice there, the atmosphere is eh but thats not a big deal

I got the fluffy combo with extra fries. I was skeptical of the beans but this is sooooo good! Fries looked seasoned but whatever the season is pointless, it’s just for visualization not flavor. But overall this is really good.

Rave for Alani. She is just the sweetest! We had extra chips, which we boxed up, but ahe followed us out to our vehicle with some extra queso…just because! She was kind to everyone, always smiling and you could just tell she enjoyed her job. Thank you for your positive attitude and kindness.

I’ve been wanting to go here for awhile. I was not disappointed. I had the hot hatch dilla and it was pretty great. I also liked the fries they had a good seasoning on them I did l definitely recommend this place. Give it a shot!! The employees where nice even tho I made my order confusing when it shouldn’t have been. All in all good place I’ll go back

I used to love this place, its still good but not worth the price anymore. I got 2 dilla triangles and about 10 fries for $16
They raised thier prices and give you less food. I could go to Cheddars scratch kitchen for about the same price.
