Dilla Libre is a restaurant and food truck group that specializes in quesadillas, tacos, and margaritas. We are proud to have a place where traditional diners, vegans and vegetarians, adventurous, and not so adventurous eaters can all find incredible dishes that they crave. Super nice place to enjoy delicious Vegan tacos. This type of resteraunt is a dying breed where you can walk in and feel like everyone cares and all of the food was designed for maximum flavor. Skip the corporate chain garbage and come to Dilla Libre Dos for a real meal at a very reasonable price!

BEST guacamole I have ever had! Hands-down life-changing! Must get! Drove by this place on my way to an appointment and thought it looked really cute so ordered to go on my way home. I got the chicken quesadilla, which is more like a quesadilla pocket…different than anything I’ve ever had, but it was good. 4 stars but with the guacamole on it, 5 stars! Got my husband the Napoleon dynamite burrito, just okay, way more rice than meat. Super cute restaurant, seat yourself, beautiful outdoor colorful shaded patio courtyard. Pretty pricy but would go back.

Excellent little spot! Visiting from Seattle and this place was close to our rental and we were craving good Mexican food and Dilla Libra did not disappoint. Delicious carnitas quesadillas and great cocktails. Friendly service too.

The food was so fresh. I don’t remember the last time I saw cilantro that green.
The corn tortilla was done right and the chips have that fancy flake salt. Chef’s kiss.

This is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to! The food was beyond divine! We came here with friends after spotting they had a separate vegan menu and I can’t fault the food, service or atmosphere. The staff were super helpful and friendly, attentive and eager to answer any questions we had about the food. The drinks were delicious and there’s something for everyone here. The food was next level! We shared the bottomless tortilla chips, had 2 vegan burritos and several cocktails. You must visit this amazing restaurant because it’s authentic and delicious! Also fellow vegans, you will not be disappointed.

I got a vegan burrito from here last night and really enjoyed it.
The guys working here were so impressive. I think there was just one guy working the front, and one guy working in the kitchen… There seemed to be a lot of people eating outside, plus takeaway orders. They did such a good job making it work with just the two of them. The man I ordered food from was really nice and knowledgeable about the menu. This restaurant is blessed to have such hard-working employees.
The burrito was delicious. The vegan cheese they use is so good; I believe it’s not Daiya, FYH, or Violife… It’s finer shreds and tastes great. Beans and rice were good. Guacamole was tasty. Roasted salsa has nice flavor, no heat. The green salsa is medium-heat and also has good flavor.
