First timer here. Food was just ok. Had the onion pedals, shaggy snacks, tilapia with mashed potatoes and corn bread, and the rib tips with mashed potatoes and corn bread. Server was inattentive and extremely slow (we were here for two hours, at least an hour and a half of which was simply spent just waiting) and it wasn’t even busy (came in at 2:30pm). Food was lukewarm. Had to wait over 20 min to get a refill on water. Environment is ok. The booths are so broken down that you almost fall back in them when you take a seat. Server was upset that I used a $50 gift card to help cover the bill (fully intended on still tipping well based off of the total before gift card). After that, he wouldn’t even look in our direction to give us boxes for leftovers, even when we waited up at the bar side to get his attention. Finally someone else brought us boxes after waiting over a half hour for them. Super strange experience and won’t be back.

I would ask people under no circumstances should you ever come to this restaurant. Why? The communication is so poor here that no one will know what is actually available on the menu. This occurred to me twice in a 2 hour span as I would told food items I ordered was not available. When I spoke to the owner, she said the item I ordered (country fried chicken) was not available for over a month. I asked them why was it on the menu a month after the fact, there was no answer. Yet how could you even justify that? I ordered the Philly sandwich, which also was not available. Again, I wasn’t told this was the case until 40 minutes later. When I explained this to the owner, there were no justifiable answers other than they were not available. She then had the head cook ask me to leave the establishment because I wasn’t satisfied with the answers I received. I have been going here for 20 years, and I doubt will again after this disappointing service and treatment of a customer. I have seen others express the same sentiment and I would give this business the benefit of a doubt because it was my local place, but I cannot say this is the case anymore. I understand the price increases but this treatment of customers after a bad experience due to poor communication? I cannot support and not should anyone.

BOBBY in the kitchen throws DOWN! Baby the Chicago style rib dinner was EVERYTHING falling off the bone thought I was back in the city! My daughter ordered the shrimp tacos and there wasn’t a drop left on her plate….Ft. Wayne food to me is typically unseasoned and trash but not here baby! Service by Alison and drinks by Greg the bartender were on POINT! Honey yall gotta give it a try!!! Support this business….you feel welcomed trust me I don’t go places where I’m not!

Stopped in for a beer and a snack, got the rib tips, fries, and spicy cheese curds. The cornbread that comes as a side is very good and there is a nice selection of craft beers on tap. Our server Marco was excellent, very friendly and attentive. I always enjoy visiting but today was especially great.

First time here for lunch on a Thursday. My son built his own bacon double cheese burger off their menu with the mac-n-cheese. He liked the burger but fell in love with the Mac-n-cheese. We purchased more to go. My rib tips were tender, well prepared, and delicious with the right amount of gristle to meat ratio. They had over 21 beers on tap ready to go. The sauce that comes with the rb tips is good, but try the others that are at the table. Cornbread is pretty dang good too. GREAT place and an awesome staff!

The wings I got were burnt nearly to a crisp, the server took too long to get us refills which makes no sense since the restaurant was nearly empty and on top of that the drink I asked for had ice when i explicitly asked for no ice, and it seemed like the server was slightly impatient and was ready for us to order as quickly as possible which isn’t acceptable, customers should be able to take their time to explain their order, but aside from that their Buffalo chicken salad and Pig Sandwich tasted really good but I don’t see myself revisiting this place anytime soon considering the wings and service.

Normally we like to eat here but the last two times we have eaten here we ordered an appetizer and once we got the appetizer after we were done eating the main course and this last time the appetizer came out with our food. My husband ordered the brisket sandwich with peppers and onions it was good but there was barely any meat on the sandwich! He had to lift off the top bun to even see the meat that didn’t even cover the bottom bun! I had a Cobb salad it was huge and tasted great. Everyone is very friendly and I hope they get the kitchen figured out soon.

I will not go here again. I watched our server pick up food that I ordered barehanded, toss it in a paper container, then put it in the microwave to warm it up to a point of steaming mush. Corn bread. Unacceptable. I watched him place his hands on his pockets several times before and after this without washing his hands. I also saw him put his hands on a female coworker by tickling her from behind by surprise. Unprofessional and disgusting.

Tried Dicky’s for the first time on a recommendation from a friend. Food was fantastic, although there was a hiccup with my order. Jeff explained what happened and comped my meal which was very nice. Came out about 5 mins after my husband’s. We did wait a little bit for our check, but overall I would absolutely recommend.
