This was my first time stopping by Dick’s Burgers in Federal Way, and overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly, polite, and very fast, which I really appreciated. My order came out quickly, and the service was smooth.
I ordered the Deluxe burger with a small drink and fries, and the total came out to $11.91. The root beer and the burger were both good and satisfying. The burger was simple but tasty, just what you’d expect from Dick’s. However, the fries were a bit disappointing—they were soggy and looked somewhat burnt, which took away from the meal.
One thing to note is that ketchup and other small dips cost 20 cents each, which was a little surprising, but not a big deal.
Overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick and affordable burger, and I’d consider coming back. Hopefully, next time the fries will be better.

For a less expensive version of McDonald’s, this is good. Their fries were greasy but good.

Arrived at SeaTac in the evening, didn’t know the area, stopped by here as it was on the way to our lodging. The burgers are really tasty! I wasn’t crazy about the tartar sauce – too sweet for my taste, but that’s because I’ve recently eliminated sugar from my diet, so that’s on me, not the restaurant. The fries were to die for, crispy and super flavorful. We were in and out in under 15 minutes, service is fast and friendly. Better than your average fast food place!

Dicks Drive-In is an iconic old school drive in. It isn’t “fast food,” but it is quick food. The order is ready in minutes or sometimes a minute. The price is better than most fast food and the burgers, fries and shakes are easily better than the fare at it’s national chain competition. The special and deluxe are loaded with special sauce and lettuce. They also offer a couple of styles of more plain burgers. You can get a cup of onions to add to the burger if you like. The shakes are made the old fashioned way with hard ice cream. The fries are sliced thin and cooked crispy. You can get scoops of hard ice cream and floats. When I can, I plan any trip to the Seattle area to include a stop at Dick’s.

Dicks burgers its always a go to spot to eat amazing burgers at, yea one down side its that we cant add or remove topping feom their burgers… but is it really? There are plenty of options to choose from, and this rule simply makes their amazing service work the way it does. They are always so joyful, clean, fast paced and professional; even when the lines look long, they always get to customers in a timely manner. I hurt my back and could not go out for weeks, and when I finaly made it back to get a burger, it was like I fell in love all over again with them. Amazing flavor, pure freshness, and unique service. Stay like the burger rule and never change dicks! Thank you!

Just visiting from out of state, and this place was recommended for the best burgers around. Ummmm…. If you like a flavorless patty and overwhelming pickle flavor then maybe?! Don’t ask for no mayo because they don’t do customizations. My kid hates mayo, but loves veggies, so ordering the plain burger doesn’t help either. The fries are a soggy mess, which we were told ahead of time that they can be hit or miss. My chocolate shake was ok, but nothing special. My husband liked his rootbeer float. I don’t get the hype. And there is no seating, so we got to eat on the curb in the parking lot. That’ll be a definite no for any future visits from me.

Stopped by Dick’s Burgers in Federal Way as I am a big fan of their classic burgers. That said, I’ve never been a fan of their setup. The ordering system isn’t very clear, especially for first-timers. You stand in line but aren’t sure if someone’s being helped already or if you should just speak up. Today was no different, as I awkwardly waited, not knowing if it was my turn. The food is usually great and fresh, but today it came out a bit underwhelming and not as hot as usual. I usually eat at their standing counter since I avoid eating in my car (not a fan of the lingering grease smell). It’s a solid fast-food option when it’s on point, but consistency and service setup need some work.
