I quit going to this BK because of slow service years ago. Gave them another shot a few months back and was pleasantly surprised, it was fast and the food was good (for BK).
I had a repeat performance 5-6 times, fast forward, 4 out of my last 5 visits the order was wrong, charged 3 different prices for the same thing. The drivethru has been like a slot machine – place a bet, pull up to the window and see what you won or lost.

I placed my order in the Drive thru and from the beginning of my order to being given my food the entire process was excellent. My orders on 11/4/24 & 11/5/24 during the evening were all very hot and very fresh. The employees were very nice and welcoming, they made it feel like home. I definitely recommend this BK location 100% with its A+ Staff.

I went in at 5:20 ish 02/23/2026. No one was behind the register. One other family was waiting for someone to return from the bathroom.
No one greeted me, acknowledged me…. I waited. The girl filling drive through orders avoided looking at me. The drive through person made eye contact but quickly looked away.
I waited several minutes, nothing. I woild have been happier with a “hello, we will be with you in a moment” or hearing someone say “there is a customer waiting”. Crickets.
I left and went to Arby’s. Three people welcomed me and assisted me immediately.

I went through the drive through and ordered a whopper junior through mobile order on my phone. I saw it get handed to the truck directly in front of me and they handed it back to the employee and the truck was given a larger food bag. I pulled forward and without even being at the window for 1 second the guy working was trying to give me that same food bag that was in the trucks car for at least 15 seconds while they looked around my bad and realized it wasn’t just missing something and it wasn’t even their order. I’ve worked in food service in the past and you are NEVER supposed to take back a bag of food that the customer gives back to you. You either tell them to keep it or tell them to throw it away. I don’t want a burger that’s been touched by multiple people. I told the worker Th at I didn’t want it because it was in someone else’s car and he immediately turned away from me and yelled to the kitchen to remake my burger and then it was practically thrown at me when it was done. He was dude right to my face after I pointed out something that he never should have done. Never going back bc I haven’t had the best experiences in the past and this was my last straw.

Your night workers need to work on not being cocky. I asked for a plane cheeseburger it was not plain it had ketchup on it so I went back through again and the guy brown long hair white dude said can I see the burger so I showed him . And he said thats not alot of ketchup.. well yeah but its also not plain what I ordered .. and he was mumbling that hes gotta make a new sandwich I said okay. But he doesn’t have to make it hes the one with the headset on so I dont know what his deal was. And then he threw rhe burger on the warmer in a crabby manner . Suck it up . Or if you dont want people going through the drive through a second time or more make it right the first time

I watched another person walk in and notify the staff that they got him and his wife’s order completely wrong. Instead of being helpful, the younger guy became belligerent towards the customer. He was grumbling and mouthing nonsense out the side of his mouth. The customer asked to speak to a manager. A taller guy with an assistant manager name tag then appeared. What I watched next is crazy, the assistant manager didn’t even try and hear the customer out. He began to tell the customer that HE was disrespectful instead of the employee. That his employee was young and that the customer, being older, should know better! It was at this point, I myself turned and walked out. I changed my mind. After what I watched, I’ll never eat at that location again.

I found the fastest way to get in and out is to order online and then just pick it up at the counter – saves on gas too. They’re alwayd busy going through the drive through.

Never go here a waste of money I truly think Burger King has gone downhill
ordered onion rings tasted like gelatin and reading think they were fake had a chicken sandwich that fell apart my mouth like powder I think the only thing that was really tasty was my French fries and mozzarella sticks that wasn’t even a meal I will never go back to this place

Crabbiest workers ever. Lady was so rude. Went to order at the drive thru and the lady said “order” that’s it. Not being friendly at all….got to the window and she goes “payment” absolutely insane. No thank you nothing. Will not be returning! Also, the food was SO greasy that the sandwiches we ordered, when we took them out of the bag the entire packaging ripped open because it was so greasy. Seems excessive. The soda tasted like they have not cleaned it out in forever. Ended up throwing it all away to avoid getting sick.

Super fast and polite. Bathroom? Atrocious floor was so sticky I was almost stuck, urine all over seat and I was harassed by multiple flies. Need to check for cleanliness more often please! Everything else was good though.
