Ingredients are all fresh but my burger was burnt, overcooked too charred.
I was in a year ago and it was cooked perfect and the one my mom had was good, not sure what happened this time

Normally, I have a pretty good time here, but I think that something’s changed recently. I went in there and the person at the front desk was fairly abrupt clearly putting me and my group 2nd to a previous order. They told us it would be 30 to 35 minutes for a hotdog and a hamburger. We decided to wait and the folks that we were with were served their frozen Yogurt before their meal. The server again was a bit abrupt. This was the first time going, and got their burger shortly after, only to get cold french fries. They also said they were getting chocolate fudge, but in fact, they only got chocolate syrup in their shake.
Our food was about 35 minutes for our two items and the servers were not apologetic much. The burger was really tasty, but the meat tasted a bit overdone and crumbly. To top it all off, about 4 hours later, and 12 for my friends, we all had stomach problems. I’m hoping next visit will be much better. I usually trust the West Brothers establishments, but this was less than satisfactory.

Great little spot on the calmer side of the Valley River parking lot. People here are awesome and the food is good! It is spacious, clean, the burger joint vibe is on point and (for women of a certain age, like myself) the air conditioning is fabulous – even on a not so scorching day like today, I appreciate the cooler space. Ordered chili fries and an iced tea – plus tip it was less than $12 which wasn’t too bad. The chili fries were pretty big! Wonderful place to stop for lunch. Try it out!

We went last night and had our usual 5 star cheeseburger. One of the best in town. But we were a little confused. After hearing a radio ad about serving breakfast we were interested. We love a good breakfast out. But while we were there we couldn’t get a breakfast menu, no menu on your website, and no table tents with a menu, just announcement.
If you’re going to spend all the money advertising why not display a menu. These are just suggestions.

They serve great hamburgers and fries. I enjoy the old 50s style atmosphere/vibes, and the food and service have always been great. Parking is usually easy to grab and I’ve been lucky enough to go when it’s not crowded, but I’ve heard it can get busy. Always been clean when we’ve gone and enjoyable!

First time my daughter and I had been to DickieJo’s. The service was fast (order at the counter) take a number and they deliver the food to your table. Great options for toppings (sauteed mushrooms and onions, etc.). The garlic fries are the BEST! The servers were professional and very responsive and personable. We will definitely go back.

Been coming here since 2013 when they were still located off 13th & Pearl. Loved this place and was a twice a month visit up until recently when new ownership took over. Portions getting smaller, prices are up, cups are smaller. New ownership seems to be squeezing out all they can get out of us, it’s not what it used to be..
Historically, they’ve always forgotten a topping or two on my burger when I ordered. Usually its bacon, this last time it was mushrooms.
People are always friendly and seem to be in a good mood and I’ve even met a lifetime contact who worked here.

I was hot-dogging across America late one night. I need one more dog to complete my late winter trip across America, as I was eating a hot dog in every state we stopped in. It was 10:23 at night as I frantically looked through Google to find one of the only open restaurants that served hot dogs and stumbled across this gem. I went ahead and put in my order online because I’m not the kind of jerk that orders something last second so that chefs have to keep the grill on for me. When I got there a homemade, soggy bunned, pickle topped, bacon wrapped, BBQ chili hot dog awaitied my grumbling stomach. I decided to go above and beyond and order one of their fantastic carmel-peanutbutter milkshakes. The service was amazing. The food was even better. I left there satisfied and smiling.

Sad watching this place go downhill. It used to be a great restaurant and now it seems to be run without any management in charge. Bad service. Over priced. And if you order takeout, expect to get home and realize they forgot to include your fry sauce and salad dressing.

A good burger restaurant that also sells a good selection of specialized hotdogs. I got the Chicago Dog, which was delicious. Just a little too much sweet relish. the onion rings and fries were great. Also, you can’t go wrong with the burgers.
