Man, this used to be an excellent dickeys that never disappointed. Been loving dickeys for 20 years and going to this location for 10+ years but these new Arabic owners have completely destroyed it and it’s truly so sad. The brisket is so DRY it’s like beef jerky. No flavor, no moisture, no juiciness. The customer service is non existent. They are so rude and treat you like they don’t even want you there. Spent $80 on 5 sandwiches and was screamed at for bringing my dickeys cups in and getting 2 iced tea no ice and one soda no ice. It’s tea! It costs nothing to make! You can make gallons of tea for merely pennies. I spent $80 on terrible food and was yelled at for getting tea and was told I have to pay for it. Made me pay $1.50 for watered down tea. Why do you use reusable plastic cups then? If we get yelled at for saving them? Owner and associates were rude as hell to me and again, didn’t even seem to care I was there and spent $80, just wanted to take my money and treat me like trash. They WILL go out of business soon enough and I’ll be laughing. Anyone know of a good new barbecue spot???!

Today I went to this specific establishment with my husband on my lunch break. I was excited and after going in, the place was dead, I though yes… Than I ordered, thinking I was gonna get some fall apart brisket in a fresh baked potato that I paid 16.00 for that should have been a loaded one. It was hard and could because all the butter they put in it didn’t melt. The cheese wasn’t melted, it was horribly given and made, brisket was not even hot. Than my husband got 2 meats with sides that was 17.50 the meat tasted like it just came out the refrigerator, morning was warm at all, the Mac and cheese was burning up but the food was not good. The toast tasted like it was refrigerated, the sauce was watered down. Not excited for this ever again. Than on out receipt the last charge was renew/recycle program charge. What are we as customers paying for this. Such disappointment

Everyone loves to tell you when their experience was bad but Harry & Satnam took care of us & are running the place like they own it. They were great and always moving. If no customers to take care of they were cleaning and preparing for the next ones. I admire the work ethic and should be recognized for their abilities & care of cleanliness while run the place together tonight.

2nd time since new ownership I have been disappointed. Brisket was dry and had a beef jerky texture. Last time was just a bunch of fat barely any meat. I have been going to this location since they opened. I use to live across the street and would eat there at least twice a week. Food quality and customer service have been poor the last couple of times I have gotten food. I spend at least $80 every time getting food for my family and everyone is disappointed.

Everything was dry. Brisket had taste and texture like jerky. Pulled pork was stringy and leathery. Sides did not save the day. This was their second and final chance to make things right, they do not answer via corporate.

This jerk doesn’t advise people that to him, sliced brisket and chopped brisket are the same – yes, generally speaking they are – but if there was NO difference then why have the option? He refused to handle – so this pic shows a 3 meat with chopped brisket being 2 of the 3 meats – looks right? I had to go back in and get plastic utensils because although I asked if in the bag, his dead eye stare provided no clue as to the answer. Get a new employee, preferably one who actually eats there as I’m certain he does not!

Ordered two orders of baked potatoes and ribs to go. When I got home I noticed the order was cold and missing ribs. When I picked up the order the employee was sitting at a customer table on her phone. I had to search for my order myself and left without saying one word. Definitely not worth going here. The BBQ was obviously yesterday being dry and tough.
I went at 1130am Jan 29, 2024. Won’t go to this location anymore and it makes sense why it is always empty. Photo shows what a $15 baked potato looks like with extra cheese and extra butter.

One small mishap, but corrected. Had to reassure them that they made better brisket than most local Dickey’s. Friendly service from this store overall.
