Love Dickeys. Took a few min to make our food and the support staff was top notch. Eduardo was the nicest ever and guided me through all the options. Lupita was so kind and made us all laugh and smile. They both had the best customer service which is most important when getting good food.

One of only two Dickey’s locations still open in Utah. You won’t be sorry you came in for some delicious BBQ. I tried to eat a little lighter so I chose the turkey, chili, and green beans. In the past I’ve had the brisket, sausage, Mac and cheese and it’s all so good.

Food was absolutely terrible along with the service. Food was served pretty much ice cold when we took it back and asked them to warm it up. They bring us our tray back and it was still cold. Also were speaking Spanish and didn’t realize I could understand what they were saying. I would stay away from this place at all cost especially when you are paying almost $50 for 2 meals, and to top it all off the bathrooms were filthy. I guess that’s what happens when you have a bunch of teenage kids running the place and girls doing their makeup behind the counter.

Tonight will be the last time I come here. It sucks because this BBQ was very good once before. Definitely at there other location that is no longer around and they have these kids working there don’t know what they are doing. Everything I got was dry and hard to chew. Too much money spent here not worth it. Had an issue time before this too and I just can’t come back. Wish Dave’s BBQ was still around they was way better. Hard to find good food in salt lake city now. You can catch me at big souths blue food truck tho.

Went today when the teens were working. found this in my food. Also, do you guys not require uniforms, the girl had on a fuzzy hairy sweater when serving my food. I typically enjoy eating here but im not sure ill be back to this location.

Dickeys has been my favorite BBQ place for 15 years. Its always SO delicious and they have Fried Okra. This is the only place around that has fried okra. And the to Sweet ladies who are always here when I come are always so delightful and smiling and make me feel like I’m a guest at their home. I love it.

Food was great. Woman who prepared our pick up order a different story. She is very rude. When checking in at the store for pick up order she let us know that it takes longer to prepare our order than what the time says. She was just rude from start of picking up food until we left. I wanted to grab a couple extra silverware and she came from the back to tell me she put some in the bag and was extremely rude about me grabbing 2 extra spoons so we could share sides.

I do feel the food is a bit pricey for the amount you get. That being said, the food is delicious! So far we’ve only eaten brisket and its delicious, ohh and the Mac and cheese is to die for, and let’s not forget the roll. If you want BBQ, this is a great place to go.
