Visited a 24-hour location that claims to serve burgers in the morning, but they do not. The cashier was hard to understand, which made ordering more difficult. We ordered breakfast sandwiches, a pancake platter, and large hash browns. Unfortunately, my daughter’s pancakes had visible mold. Check your food before you leave! We received no receipt, not sure why.

The store floor was sticky and noticeably dirty, which added to an overall unpleasant experience. Would not return to this location.

I’m never really disappointed anytime I visit this location. The staff are very attentive and efficient, and they deliver a decent meal at a decent price. The fact that they offer burgers during normal breakfast hours is definitely a plus!

Ordered $30 in food. Fries were barely filled. Cold and I can see why she hid them underneath all the burgers I ordered. She probably took the rest of my fries home with her. As much as I love the King I think its time he came round with an iron fist to remind his restaurants why and whom is purchasing the food.

I went to BK, the worker was extremely rude esp when I mentioned it was my first time and I’m also dysxlic so could you recommend at least something… she was being rude and it made me so anxious. Then I called the store to complain and the manager was no help she was being unreasonable after I mentioned to her MANY times that her worker was being disrespectful and rude but she was like I can’t help you with anything and that her workers aren’t like that and hanged up on me

the burgers were awful, the bread was soggy, the meat was under cooked and the toppings were old and just a nasty sanwhich.. when i called in to complain the lady mgt was rude and wouldnnt do anything to make my food better.. this burger king deserve to be shut down… the wait in drive area was so long i would have left but it was cars behind me… my visit was awful… go some where else dont go here your visit will be awful…

This was the worst experience I have had. I ordered 1 Jr. Whopper, with no ketsup and mayo. Then 2 reg. Jr. Whopper’s 2/$5. A large fries and medium rootbeer. They could not get that right, had 3 other people come over to help, then the manager. 5 people in total to take that order. It must have taken 1/2 hour it seemed. Never again!!

Today I ordered from the bk on 66th and nicollet in Minneapolis placed an order through there app didn’t get half my order I went to get the rest of my order that was not in my order when delivered to me. I asked to speak with the manager one young man called him Jacob he looked at me from over his shoulder as I’m telling him the situation he walks over looks in the bag looks at the receipt and says its a 3rd party app n there’s nothing he can do refused to give me the rest of my order had a very bad attitude with me then in my frustrated voice I asked well what am I supposed to feed my grand children the rest that’s missing is there food he said he DIDN’T CARE! Then walked away from me then I ask if I can at least get my food fresher he told me NO again. Them tells the other young man to call security on me like really!!?? This is not how customer service is supposed to be I paid $40 for 2 whoopers and 2 fries is ridiculous!! I’m missing 2 cheeseburgers 8 piece nuggets and medium fries and large onion rings. I will be going back to speak with a day time manager his customer service is not good at all!!!!! Once I get my refund back I will be deleting the app and Will never return to this bk.
