Great as always! My mom and I are never disappointed with the food or service at this location. Clean, friendly, free ice cream, and punch cards make it a quality dining location. We recommend: brisket one meat plates, sides of waffle fries, Caesar salad, green beans, and baked potatoe casserole! The staff also came by to see if everything was great, it was! The check up was MUCH appreciated.

Wow just close the doors already half of the menu is duct taped. There was no in the parking lot that should of told us everything. The soda machine was busted and no ice the seats were falling apart. The food was ok but not enough to go back, you would be better off just going drive up only. I wish I owned it I would have a little more pride in my product.

I wish I could give ZERO stars but sadly I guess I have to give them credit for something. Everybody gets a consolation prize right?! I placed an order for curbside, 1 hour and 20 minutes later I had to go in the store because the updates had the order in process of being bagged for 25 minutes. The sandwiches were sitting under the warmer so they gave us those and the sides. Got out to my truck and we were missing at least 4 sides. We were told they don’t have waffle fries however we were not called to ask what they could substitute nor were we advised upon pickup. So they don’t have waffle fries and just chose to hand over the order without notifying us or providing anything else. We thought we had the sides all figured out after being given a sub, that we had to ask for. We also thought all the sandwiches were there. We ordered 2 of the exact same ones. We ordered on our way home from Birds of Prey to pick up in Nampa and take home to Star. Got home and realized one whole sandwich was missing. In addition 2 of the pork pulled sandwiches were filled with the worst quality of meat. Dried up hard chunks that you couldn’t even chew through. This was a $100 order. I’ve called and requested a refund for the missing sandwich, asked for a call back from the manager. I’m guessing this won’t happen but I can tell you this is the worst service and quality of food we’ve ever had from Dickey’s. I don’t know if these are franchised but do yourself a favor and avoid this one.
I highly recommend the Eagle location. We catered with them a month ago and the service and food was impeccable. Hey Nampa, give them a call if you want to see how a successful Dickey’s is managed.

Great food, family friendly, and wonderful employees. It was my birthday on the 16th of February and my sister took me here for lunch. Anthony took our order prepared it, chatted with us, and had a smile on the whole time. After we got our food, the restaurant was pretty empty only two other diners, Anthony comes out and asks each diner how their meal is and to see if they needed anything else. In all my days coming here I’ve only seen this one other time. Anthony was so kind and helpful and made one good pulled pork. That same day I was door dashing during the dinner rush and I had a delivery to pick up. Page was behind the counter told me they were working on it and to make sure they read the order back to me. They did and they were fast. Page also was so kind and smiled the whole time. I really enjoyed both my experiences here all in one day!

This is $6 worth of salad shown next to the container of free BBQ sauce that came with our meal for two. Cesar Salad, that’s right; lettuce, 5 croutons, a lil dressing. That’s 3.9oz (yes, I weighed it) not even one cup of salad for SIX DOLLARS. My advice- get your diatary fiber elsewhere!

I hesitated to order (Door Dash) from this location tonight because we’ve ordered twice before and both orders were missing items. I guess I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Never again! This time, our order was missing our sides and bbq sauce. Basically, we got meat and 2 rolls (which, by the way, are half the size they used to be).
We will not be ordering from this location or visiting in person anymore. Every time we go in to eat the service is terrible. We’ve had good luck with other locations and really enjoy the food but this location does not have it together.

I did two delivery orders here Sunday night. Both of them took 25 minutes to complete each, and when I came in both times, the restaurant was empty. They also clipped the wrong receipt to one of my orders, fortunately it was the correct food for my customer, but I called to make sure, and I overheard the girl on the phone said that there were no managers on shift after I had asked to speak with one. The people working the Sunday night shift had zero clue what they were doing. Please make sure there is somebody there that does.
