We were served what looks like a week old sausage and over heard an employee asking if she should serve it. The manager said to serve it knowing damn well it wasn’t ok. They did bring some fresh when we called it out, but I wouldn’t trust this place

We ordered food ahead of time for a work gathering. When the food arrived it was discovered that they didn’t provide the proper amount of meat, yet we still had to pay the full price for our order. When the manager was contacted she was unwilling to refund our money for the amount we were missing.

This place was filthy even for Odessa. Tables were sticky, chairs were bent, men’s bathroom was full of standing water. When I tried to let the staff know about the bathroom situation I was waved off, she couldn’t be bothered for a second to get off of her cell phone. The brisket was dry, the loaded mashed potatoes were cold. Both myself and my coworkers felt ill after finishing our food. Approach with caution.

I regularly eat at Dickeys, but this time the food seemed to be a half portion of what I have always received in the past. The brisket severed was almost all fat and practically no meat. The $75 price was for $10 of food.

Food is overpriced for the portions, tables dirty, & they asked if I wanted pickles and onions and then left the onions. Followed up with attitude when you ask for them.

That’s the 3 meat plate with a small side of cole slaw and creamy spinach. 14.95. Plus 3.00 for a “large drink”. So 20 bucks. (Expensive). Then I get home a mere 7 minutes later and the food is already pretty cold. I had to stick it in the microwave for 1 minute. Brisket wasn’t tender and it was too salty. I want my money back.

This place will send you off with a bag with out all ur items. Then when you call and complain they don’t even attempt to make it right. Check your order before you leave!!!!!

Horrible service!!!! Manager completely ignored the fact they shorted us 4lbs of brisket after everything was paid for and then turned around and made us pay for what they shorted us. Never again.

Did a mobile order for Two loaded BAKED potatoes. We drove all the way to picked them up, not looking before leaving, got to the house and looked to find it was literally loaded mash potatoes. Husband called the manager only for him to argue that they are the samething. NO they are not the same they are different. Even when we pulled into the drive thru no one mentioned they were out of baked potatoes or even when pulling up to the window.
