I went in this establishment tonight and was very disappointed with the service and the food. Our sandwiches were cold. They said the warmer was broke so the barbecue sauce was cold, sitting out, and uncovered. I guess they shut off the ice cream machine way before closing because it was like water. When ask about those issues the response was so nonchalant like we just want to go home. I probably want visit this particular establishment again.

I ordered door dash and figured I would try Dickeys. Dickey’s cost me 38 plus tip of my door dasher. Not a problem as I am willing to pay for decent food. I received the delivery and it looked like I got fecked at the drive through.
I ordered a 3 meat 1 smoked sausage, turkey and the chicken. What a RIP off.
Dry and bland with no seasoning. I immediately went to Jack Jordan’s right up the road from me. I ordered the same thing. I paid 24.00 with tip. I will let you decide by the pictures I posted with my review. These chain restaurants are the worst.

Great customer service thru the drive-thru, the only thing was the sandwich wasn’t as filled with meat as I was used to but great tasting had the westerner with turkey & brisket side fried okra & sweet tea!

Meet shannan and Robin, and it was awesome, Robin was amazed DBP does accept Samsung pay. Also shannan, that guys was hustling. I had my food before pay, now that’s fast. The Managers Special was good,.. Sandwiches was delicious and juicy meet, jalapenos bean were spicy how they’re supposed to. Good job cook. Any way the only disappointment is that i have to carry a paper for rewards. Fyi DBP it’s the 21st century and everything is done by apps. Please have an app with rewards integrated. And I’ll be here everyday just ask your neighbor Firehouse . Thanks for lunch. See y’all next time, partner.

I only want to go when Melissa is on duty. When she is there, there is always ice cream made, the soda machine has all the choices available and it’s very clean in there. That isn’t necessarily the case when she isn’t there. The food is always amazing no matter who is on duty. Just saying.
