My first time at a Dickey’s and it more than met expectations. The service provided was wonderful; the attendant was able to steer me in an appropriate direction with my order, and my desires were satisfied. The food was hot, well seasoned, and delicious. Expectations exceeded.

Went in a got 6 free ribs as part of a promotion can’t really complain about them since they were free. But I got a brisket burnt end sandwich. Didn’t get burnt ends just got thick slices. Hard to eat with how thick the slices were. My wife ordered it online and I picked up didn’t have much interaction with the staff but over hearing them and another customer and with my issue I just think they need a little morning training. Everyone seemed super nice and friendly and I will be back.

Food was great. My son got the ribs & I got the sliced brisket and sausage. All 3 were tender and delicious. Be sure to get the green beans too. Only bad thing. The bread was hard, and I mean hard.
Employees were very friendly and talkative. Service wad wonderful.

Not sure what happened here, but it was a while new crew. And they were all kids. They were nice, but we’re under trained and overwhelmed. The kid serving the meat didn’t have a clue and had to cut open a package of sausage to verify it was the correct one, it wasn’t. He gave me a slab of fat and gristle that was supposed to be sliced brisket, couldn’t eat any of it. Both meats were cold. It’s too bad I got this order to go. Probably won’t go there again.

Nice down home feeling when the guy at the counter welcomes you and treats you like family. However, that is significantly diminished when the woman next to him is rude & just trying to herd you along. Maybe be a little more patient for new comers. It’s not like there was a line behind us. Other than that, the food was excellent. We will definitely eat here again, but we will probably order online to avoid the rude person.

I ordered from Dickey’s here in town for the first time. I was highly disappointed. I used door dash so was unable to check the order. When I received it…I had ordered a three meat plate. I only received two meats. Received Texas Toast instead of a roll and the sauce was hot not sweet. The meat portions were very small considering how much a plate cost. I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon. Hopefully things improve over there. I do live good bbq.

Sat in the drive through for 30+ minutes… finally received my order. Missing an item but couldn’t get the lady to come back to the window. Also received the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. After waiting for so long you’d think I’d at least get some warm food. Nope, cold turkey and brisket. Not to mention I was given the outside/skin of the turkey which was as hard a rock and couldn’t even chew through. I expect this from McDonalds or something.. not from an establishment that charges $16 for a meal. Disappointed because I generally enjoy Dickeys. Not sure I’ll be back.

First time visiting a Dickey’s and will definitely be the last. All the meat was cold and flavorless (the barbecue sauce was the only thing flavored). The sides were bland and gross…at least the mac and cheese and okra had some warmth to it. The tea tasted great and the ice cream was good but will still not be back! Very disappointed!!

The food has not been the same since it changed owners. Work ordered lunches today for a meeting. I ordered the chicken breast and the turkey, beans and potato casserole. The chicken was burnt and dried out. I would have been embarrassed to serve that to any customer. Very disappointed. The previous owner was very present and served the drive through daily. I understand the new owners are not actively involved.

It was so good! The brisket was tender and the turkey was moist. The spicy barbecue sauce is perfection. The prices are inexpensive, and they have free ice cream cones. What is there to complain about?! This was my first time, but it won’t be my last.
