Ordered a pulled pork sandwich and got a pulled pork plate. It was dry and didn’t taste that great. Fries were okay. Baked potato casserole was pretty good. Service wasn’t great. Hardly spoke and definitely didn’t smile.

I would give this store a zero if I could. This lady that works there was on her phone and was very rude!!! It’s my birthday today and I was just trying to redeem my free sandwich and she said they don’t do that hear and then proceeded to say she doesn’t know or doesn’t care about another dickeys. All I said was ok and asked about another location over here because I live an hour away. I will not be coming to this dickeys anymore. It was also my first time ever here. I will not support a business with rude employees or terrible work ethic!

I’ve never ate here before. I ordered the buy 1 get 1 last night and only received 1 order! I filled that complaint through DoorDash! I’m not sure what happened with my second plate. As far as taste goes, everything was bland and disgusting! Last night was my first and last time eating from here!

We used the app to order and it arrived late and the sandwiches were ordered chopped arrived sliced and were squished and soggy. The fries were wet like they had been place in water. The cups of BBQ sauce were half full if that. The drinks were melted and no straws. It was the worst experience. The driver knocked on my door and was smoking weed! You can’t make this up. We call up there to complain and the lady who answered said there was not a manager there and that it was just her. She said the fries should not be wet. She said she talked to who made the sandwiches and they were chopped. We asked for our order to be corrected or a refund and she said she could give us new fries. If you are going to spend over $50 for some sandwiches go to Spring Creek. This place is the equivalent of the Taco Bell of BBQ.

placed a online order for pickup at 4:15. 4:55 and i still didn’t receive my food. She was taking every in store order and completing them before my online order. Horrible experience, never ordering here again.

Last few times I have been to this location it has been dirty and always smells bad they are always having sewer problems. They use to have really good sandwiches here but it seems to be going down. Tonight i almost broke my tooth found a bone the painful way. I understand that sometimes we miss a bone or so ourselves when pulling meat off the bone we cooked at home but this ruined my evening. I will try the Dickey’s Ballpark location next time.
