The simple truth is the baked potato with chopped brisket was not good.
The brisket tastes like nothing as if they didn’t season it or anything It don’t even taste as if it was smoked.
It was very bland very little bit of shredded cheese and their chopped brisket was more so shredded instead of actually chopped.. It didn’t have butter and very little to no sour cream cuz you just taste raw baked potato.
It was so bland that barbecue sauce didn’t help the taste.
I’m highly disappointed.
I called and asked if they can remake it and she told me they will have to charge me to remake it.
I would not recommend this location. Because when I go to other Dickies and get the same thing is actually good so they just do not properly do their meals correctly there.
I scraped the meat and stuff out so you can see there’s no sour cream at all, that might be a small spot of butter or whatever that cottage cheese looking stuff is. It doesn’t taste like butter. They were just very lazy and did not correctly make the potato.
I’m going to have to go home and actually season and cook it some more and ask some more barbecue sauce because I felt sad just eating it..

My family and my coworkers have been coming here for years on lunch for their loaded baked potato brisket or pulled pork can’t go wrong w either one best staff best food come by and check them out!!!!

My husband said he was the last customer for the evening. I got a loaded baked potato. It was horrible. The potato was barely warm. The butter n cheese wasn’t melted, the potato was hard n dried not fresh at all. Looks like they scraped up the last pieces of meat n threw it in the potato. I am very disappointed n disgusted. I will share n inform my friends,family n social media. My husband ordered The beef plate. Omg r u kidding me?!!!!! He paid $34. lost for words.

As soon as I walked in Naomy greeted me and after that Jonathan came up to the area where they chopped the beef and said hello how could he help me so I had a special order for myself I wanted moist beef with the char cut off. He grabbed that brisket cut off that char and had me the most beautiful juicy sandwich I have ever seen! Naomi ask me did I want sauce I said yes and she said can I offer you anything else that we have and I told her yes I’d like some peach cobbler and she got that right away both of these workers are young and smile the whole time I even told them you’re both smiling while you do everything here they were the only ones there and that place was spotless I’m going to tell my friends about it and I’m going to drive from the other side of Duncanville to this location to get my barbecue from now on thank you Dickey’s barbecue for hiring young people who are eager and smart that know how to be sweet to older people and to your customers good job!

I order the brisket chili for another Dickeys near Oak Lawn and it was all meat; however, when I ordered brisket chili at this locate it’s make with cheap beans and very little brisket, even though beans are not mentioned on the menu. My daughter had a baked potato with chili and there were no beans on her chili. What other corners to the cut. Will never trust them again. Bye bye Dickeys!

Very disappointed with the two Hispanic males working today at about 2:30 pm.
The one that placed my order from behind the counter was friendly, appeared to me that he did not want to be there or just did not want to work.
When my order was ready, he did not let me know, left the bag and receipt next to the register and walked away.
When I made it home to eat my so called chopped beef it looked like the other person just gave me what he wanted, sliced beef.
I asked for chopped, I was looking forward to chopped. Mainly for my elderly parents. It takes them longer to chew sliced beef.
Now regret adding a tip.
More than likely will not be visiting this location again.
I might drive near Parkland hospital and try them out.

This is the worst place evert to eat. I spent 24.00 and my food was burnt and dry. The workers were rude and I’m disappointed. People work to hard for and don’t need to just waste money on burnt lunch. It seems like this was yesterdays closing food because I was there at opening and would expect everything to be fresh.
