Came in at lunch only had brisket and sausage. No baked potatoes. It is unfortunate this restaurant can not get a descent help. There food was good in the past but has gone down slowly for a while now. Will try again in the distant future, maybe they will rebound

I got the one meat platter with brisket, green beans and potato casserole. The brisket tasted like it looked in the photo. To me it seemed like it was boiled in water and just didn’t have that Texas brisket taste. You can even tell by the color of the bark and the meat that this isn’t your typical smoked BBQ brisket. The sides were… okay and nothing spectacular. I haven’t been to this location in a long time and decided to give it a try. The service was very good but the food to me was subpar. I may try them again later down the road but it will not be anytime soon.

The meat was incredibly dry, like it was cooked a week ago. Was out of almost everything. The bathrooms were horrid; had feces everywhere, the sinks were broken as were the locks. The atmosphere was that of a dark, depressing highschool classroom.

the night crew here was incredible! I made sure to get their names so I can include them in my review, Karley was a very outgoing and hard working employee and conversated greatly! Garret the manager on another… woah I ONLY ATE IN TO BE ABLE TO SEE HIM WORKING!! He does have a girlfriend and she is one lucky girl i assume!! Soggy Fries & Greasy dirty floors, even in the bathroom. Should not use the same mop & where that is used in kitchen. Kitchen floor should use the black resturant Mats that have holes in them. We saw the flat black mats that came from the kitchen piled up at the dinning room floor near the front doors. This wasafter 4pm on 8/1/23.

Sausage was good but I just didn’t care for the ribs. There were 3 vats that had BBQ sauce in them that were not labeled. I took a chance on the one in front. It was hot! To be honest we came at lunch time when there were 2 people serving and it was obvious one was new and in training.

Brisket could had have a little more flavor, their ice cream is amazing!! Potatoe casserole taste really good, ribs was a little dry, but their sauce cures the dryness for me, but the flavor is on cue! Like I’ve said they need to expand to Hot Springs. Dickey’s has always been my favorite place to eat, amazing tastes and love the environment and the service!
