We stopped by on a Sunday for lunch… we were the only customers, which should have been a clue of what was coming. There was only 1 employee on duty – another clue. The floors were slippery and several areas were pretty dirty. Portions were good, and kids eat free on Sunday, which helped the price tag. We go back about every 2 years until I forget why we don’t frequent here.

If I could leave a 0 stars I definitely would. I actually recommended to my daughter we have lunch there because she had never been there, and I haven’t been in quite a while, but used to love it! Man, we wasted $30 because we ended up leaving after only a few bites, the final straw being the pulled pork was under cooked and literally made us gag. The floors were disgusting, my daughter tells me the bathroom was even more disgusting than the lobby. Could not get loaded potatoes because the woman that seemed to hate her job said there are only cheesy potatoes at this time. The only drinks are canned coke, sprite, and one other, as their machine is aparently broken and seems to have been for a while. Did I mention the floor was nasty? Did I mention the lady behind the counter seems to hate her job? When my daughter asked could she exchange her burnt fries for potato salad or something different, the lady informed her they were not burnt and she would be charged for whatever side she wanted. She then asked for some ranch to at least mask the burnt flavor a bit, again she was told she’d have to pay extra for that. There were 2 paper towels on 1 roll in the entire lobby, so when my daughter took the first bite of her sandwich and said it was slimy, we left our trays right there on the table and walked out. Will NEVER be back
I failed to mention when I told her I’d be paying in cash, she said I’d have to have pretty close to exact change because she didn’t have much change. I was happy to find out she indeed could give me a 10 back if I gave her $21 and the exact change of my order, which BTW was only for 2 small sides and small sweet tea. One of my sides was BBQ baked beans which used to be my favorite from there, sadly today it was no more flavor than a can of pork and beans, and just as warm as opening the can and pouring in the bowl. I was always told if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all, well the potato salad was surprisingly ok. My daughter said the lady told her it’s not made in house…..maybe that explains that

I got the one meat platter with brisket, green beans and potato casserole. The brisket tasted like it looked in the photo. To me it seemed like it was boiled in water and just didn’t have that Texas brisket taste. You can even tell by the color of the bark and the meat that this isn’t your typical smoked BBQ brisket. The sides were… okay and nothing spectacular. I haven’t been to this location in a long time and decided to give it a try. The service was very good but the food to me was subpar. I may try them again later down the road but it will not be anytime soon.

Brisket could had have a little more flavor, their ice cream is amazing!! Potatoe casserole taste really good, ribs was a little dry, but their sauce cures the dryness for me, but the flavor is on cue! Like I’ve said they need to expand to Hot Springs. Dickey’s has always been my favorite place to eat, amazing tastes and love the environment and the service!

I went in and ordered my food and got it the brisket was dry and not eatable. And the floor was greasy all the way back to restroom i almost slipped and almost fell. I won’t ever go back it was wasted money and the r stingy on meats for sure and over cooked.in pick does that look like 3 meat of brisket to you?

Great BBQ. There was only one worker. He was having to take the orders, make the food and check everyone out. He was in good spirits while doing this and the food was great. My only complaint…. The floors were nasty and slick!! Also they did not have any of the plastic big yellow cups that they are known for.

Very clean and spacious restaurant. Very good BBQ with good flavor. They have the best Jalepeno Cheese Kielbasa Sausage & cream spinach! They have daily specials, catering and free soft serve ice cream. Robert and his staff are great!

The sauce is perfect and the BBQ cut is lean. They have great daily deals. My favorite is the baker with brisket. I look look forward to when the condiment bar and soft serve come back.
