If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The food was over cooked, dry, and nasty. The server had little to no customer service. She was very rude, and when we asked for newer cooked food she made us feel like an inconvenience and bother. The drink machine has no ice. For the price of this, the quality does not match. We will not ever return to Dickey’s BBQ.

This place is bad. Ran by one person. Waited for ever to get served. Did not have half the items on menu. No ice for the soda machine. Really made you question if it was safe to even eat there. Will never again for me.

Horrible place. Ribs weren’t fresh, beans tasted as if they were straight out of a can. No ice for the drinks, as the ice maker was broken, and they were out of ketchup. Manager just shrugged when I questioned the problems. There were no other customers in the place and now I see why. Downright BAD!

Worst ribs I genuinely ever had. They were hard, impossible to pull apart, and tasted bland. The barbecue sauce didn’t help as it was watery and tasted way too sweet. The Mac and cheese was good but it was hard to save those god awful ribs

Oredered brisket, sausages and ribs through door on the night on 1/29/25 who ever decided that I should have inedible bark from an old dry brisket shame on you. Tried calling and ask to speak to the manager before I wrote a review, no manager on site. Do better!

We visited at 11:00 on Sunday 12/31/2023 and we were the only customers at the time as well as during our entire visit. Things were dirty, labels on the condiment table were unreadable, and the only employee did not know how to use our gift card. Most of the food was good but not all of it was warm. This was disappointing because the restaurant closed a while back and we were told the original owners reopened it with a promise of “hands on” management and a promise to do better. There was NO evidence of anything improving, in fact I’d say it was worse than it had been before.
