Great food and service. Brisket plate was tender and flavorful. Potato casserole better than loaded mashed potatoes. Wanna funnel cake? They make if fresh here! If you like spicy foods, I recommend the Atomic Chicken Sandwich. Starts off with a slow heat that progressively gets hotter. I would have pictures of the food, but it’s gone.

First time visiting Dickey’s BBQ Pit. I had the Pulled Pork plate with hand cut fries and my wife had Bangers and Mash Stack. Portions were sizable, hot and served timely. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean and orderly. My meal was very tasty and the BBQ flavor was great – not over powering. My wife’s a big mashed potatoes fan and she enjoyed her meal. All three BBQ sauces were good but we both picked the “original” as our favorite. We recommend and will return!

The food is all good and they have kept the prices reasonable in this economy.
They are quick to correct any issues. The wait for us wasn’t unreasonably long.
We went here because the seafood place next door was out of several items. We didn’t regret it. Since that first time we’ve been back and the food and service has remained top notch.
They serve Coke products and have a small selection of adult beverages as well.
Some highlights for me are the burnt ends, and the okra. The okra is crisp and has that crunch on the outside. The inside remains soft and tasty. No soggy greasy mess here.
I’d recommend you stop by and try a daily special plate. Maybe I’ll see you there.

Literally the most disgusting meal I have EVER had the displeasure of eating. I ordered my wings extra crispy and I bit into the first one and blood oozed out of it. Truly foul. Another person I went with has the same problem with their wings. Someone in my party got a pulled pork sandwich that was riddled with cartilage. PLEASE avoid this place like the plague. The other dickeys across town is so much better. The people who work there are nicer and the food is always edible. Someone needs to call the health department on this joke of an establishment.
Had to edit this to add that the last person in my party ordered at the same time the rest of us did and after 5 minutes of everyone else having their food she finally walked up to the cashier and they had forgotten her order. Never made it.

It’s highly unfortunate that the BBQ here is, in my opinion, the best tasting in town, because the service at this location has been abysmal the last two times we’ve been here. It is obvious the team doesn’t work well together. We waited AN HOUR for an online order. We would have left if we hadn’t already paid for it. A lady in front of us said she was served RAW chicken nuggets. We will not be back.

What an unexpectedly good night at Dickey’s! I’ve always loved their BBQ, but the staff and owner were exceptionally kind! Even took the time to get our dog a treat and a bone from the back. Great food, great conversation and some new great friends. Thank you!!!

This is a great place to go if you like room temperature BBQ and terrible service. $32 for two BBQ sandwich plates the very least they could do is serve the food hot. For the location across town to be so consistently good, this location is horrible. Cold BBQ, cold fries, the collard greens were good though. So 2 stars.

Love Dickey’s. Mr. AMike does a great job with everything. Staff is great, fill large orders quickly, it is my go to for brisket and pulled pork. And Original Sauce, is just like my homemade. Really, my favourite restaurant.

This was the worst bbq I have ever had. It was cold and there was no smoked taste to anything. Texas toast, nope got a dried out roll. They ran out of sweet tea, never refilled. Menu says hand cut fries, nope got store bought and they were soggy. If there was less than a one, that’s what I would rate this place
