First time I bought their food and paid $1.50 extra for carolina BBQ sandwich and it was DRY!!! NO SAUCE!!! The beans tasted like it was from a can and the potato salad was like mashed potatoes with mustard!!! Will never go back. Paid $15 and would have rather eaten at cookout it would have been cheaper and BETTER

Prices lower on board than charged. BBQ not even warm and very dry. Kids chicken nuggets look like they came from Food Lion. Too expensive for poor quality. Slow service.

I ordered online through Uber eats getting Burnt ends with Texas toast and Mac and cheese fries. When I got it there was a note on the box stating that they don’t have what I ordered and they replaced it with something completely different without trying to contact me, tell the driver, or just cancel it completely. I called the store and spoke to an older woman who said she was the catering manager. Off the bat she had a tone but all I said was I would’ve preferred they contacted me or cancelled the order to which she responded they can’t do either of those options. (Even though I have had stores call and cancel before). She claims they replaced the burnt ends with brisket but it looks and taste like pulled pork and I’ve never seen a brisket that looks like pulled pork before. The Mac and cheese is watery like previous reviews state and the fries were soggy (which I admit could’ve been from the drive over). The “Texas toast” they replaced with a Hawaiian roll I could’ve bought from the store myself. The woman on the phone was completely unhelpful with an attitude and I will never get food from here again.

Went it and got the bbq sandwich plate; meat was chicken with the two sides as baked beans and potato salad. The meal included a fountain drink. The potato salad and baked beans were delicious, but the beans were warm, not hot. Would have been better tasting if warmer. The bbq chicken had a nice smoke ring and was delicious.

BBQ wasn’t bad, and the service was great. The price seemed a bit higher than other bbq places. The real unforgivable sin to me is that they charge 50 cents for slaw on the sandwich. Slaw is standard on bbq sandwiches in eastern NC. This goes without saying.

Worst restaurant ever! I ordered my meal just to find a hair inside. I informed the manager and corporate office and I received no apology at the least. Sanitation is key.

We got there at 11:15, when ordering we were told the fryers weren’t ready so we couldn’t order anything fried (we were not the only ones told that) our meal came out fast but was cold! If you open at 11 you should be ready to serve everything! And the slaw tasted like chopped cabbage…no flavor!

Ordered a delivery online. Amazing! I had the brisket on a sub roll that was so good. They put bbq sauce on the side which was a Smokey sweet and a bit tangy. My daughter had the ribs which were perfectly cooked. We had the potato casserole yummy. We also had the onion ring prices so good! Mac & cheese & coleslaw amazing!!! We will definitely order again!!
