Good and consistent BBQ. Love this brand – last of its kind in Silicon Valley. Ordered beef
brisket and pulled pork. Love the bread. Make sure to ask for 2 BBQ cups – due to covid precautions, everything is not self-serve. The brisket is usually lean – the way I like it. I suppose U can ask for a little fattier. If anything there’s so many choices – sandwiches etc but the 2 plate special is my usual go to.

It was okay thought the portions of sides are kind of small plus the employees kind of made me feel not welcome they would not really explain the menu decided to try the spicy cheddar sausage didn’t like it who wants to put cheddar cheese in sausage anyhow.

Today I took my family to dickies bbq around 3:30pm. I have been here before multiple times. But today was the worst experience I have ever had. I walk in and it’s super hot, mean I was sweaty in just minutes of being there. The women wasn’t very friendly at all. I asked her why is so hot and she said the AC was not working. Ok. I thought I could hung but I couldn’t. I asked her if she can turn on the fans and she had attitude. She said yes she can. Well 10 minutes went bye and I asked her again if she can turn them on. She said just one fan works. By the time she turned on THE fan on, I was almost done. I hurred and ate my food. Honestly I didn’t even finish my meal. I spent a total of $51.89. I feel it was waist of food and my money. My waffle fries where not the normal amount and my fried okra was not even cooked through. I don’t understand why she didn’t have the fans on already and why wasn’t the door open to get air in. I’m so disappointed with the food and the experience. Thanks Louis.

I have BBQ food two or three times a month. I’ve tried other Dickey’s locations, so i figured this was worth a taste.
I eat late, so I arrive about 20 minutes before closing time. Some BBQ places sell out of meats early, but they still have everything I’ve wanted each visit.
I reserve my five- star reviews for places that go above and beyond. While the food and service were pretty good, they’ll have to up the ante just a bit for me to award that last star.
In the meantime, I’ll keep eating there and hoping the last star is achieved in due time.

The employees were very pleasant but the portions were really small. I haven’t had Dickey’s in quite a while and not only were the meat portions smaller than before but the actual cups the sides come in were made to hold less. If you are really wanting some BBQ and Dickeys is your only choice, I’d suggest the Giant baker with meat or the Westerner sandwich (especially if it’s the special of the day).

The great thing about Dickey’s is that they’re consistent. You always know what you’re getting.
Really great brisket and fairly decent sides.
The staff is so courteous and friendly, It seemed like we were friends.
I wanted to try the ribs, but they moved so quickly through the order that I blew right past my chance to ask.

The meats were good. Less fatty than in the past. Coleslaw, mac & cheese and fries were just okay. They no longer have the ice cream machine. We were told that this location does not honor the corporate online specials. Prices are high. Online prices are outrageously high.

Chopped brisket sucked was mostly fat.
Sides were decent but mac and cheese was kinda greasy. BBQ sauce was great. Fries and cold slaw were average. Small spot clean and plenty of parking.

This was my first time at Dickey’s. I had the beef brisket sandwich. It was excellent. Pecan pie rounded out the the dinner. I lived in Texas for eight years. Dickey’s was as good as it is in Texas. There is no air conditioning so take-out is better.

Good food just like most of their locations. Very well kept. Only one employee handling it all. We were the only ones there and for over an hour. Lady employee there made sure we noticed that we were not wanted. She kept on hitting and slamming things as she went on to get our order. Ruined what had been a great family day. Safe to say we ‘re not going back, rather drive the 17 mile to a different one for decent service!
