We’ve been here twice while visiting Murphys CA, and appreciate it’s one of the few restaurants with multiple vegetarian options. We’ve done both take out as will as dine in and have good experiences both times, although they definitely seem to do a larger volume of takeout orders. The inside dining has not been busy either time we were there, even on a holiday weekend. It could have to do with the fact it’s not directly on the mainstreet, but it is a quick drive. The inside space would be good for groups as well and also kids.
The menu is a mix of chinese and vietnamese cuisine, with some added outlier beverages like boba tea and smoothies. There are vegetarian appetizers as well as entrees. The prices are reasonable for the portion size.
We tried the tofu spring rolls to start, and for our entrees we had the Tofu Pho and Szechuan Vegetables. The spring roles were tasty and came with a delicious peanut sauce. The entrees came out piping hot, and they gave us the standard add ons for Pho and had sriracha, hoisin, soy sauce and chili oil to add as well. The Szechuan vegetables had a good portion and came with white rice. Lots of broccoli, snow peas, zucchini and onions.
The staff is very friendly and also funny, definitely one of the things we like about coming here.
A great option in Murphys and we’d happily come back in the future.

I had the Vietnamese noodles with beef and my daughter had the chicken foe very nice waiter kind of comical cuz of his accent. Food was spicy but good. I only gave him four stars on the atmosphere because they had no air conditioning but they do had coolers in there. So once you’re sit down for a little bit, you’ll cool off. If it’s hot out. We’ll be back!

We were happily surprise, especially in this area.
Definitely give it a shot, in particular if you are in road trip, and tired of fast food, burgers, etc…

EXCELLENT SERVICE! WONDERFUL FOOD! VERY GENEROUS PORTIONS. Everything’s freshly made. The spring rolls are fabulous. So excited to have this place nearby. Just do not rub your eyes after touching jalapenos as a general cautionary.

Got broccoli beef and wor won ton. Never going back due to how skimpy this place is. Barely any beef in broccoli and wor wonton had only 1 tiny shrimp. Won’t go back and don’t understand good reviews.

Loved the pot stickers. Chicken dishes looked good had lots of nice vegetables. However there was a spice in the sauce that wasn’t one I liked. The rice was well cooked.

Awesome food and large servings. Recommend the salt and pepper shrimp, all the chicken dishes won ton soup…all of it is so good. The Vietnamese dishes are delicious. Highly recommend the rice noodle salad with shrimp. Even better if you eat in, although take out is super fast and convenient. Owners are incredibly nice and make you feel welcome.
