I’ve been a patron of the Diamond for about 20 years. It used to be a great fun place to go on a Friday / Saturday night.
Now however, they have HORRIBLE bartenders. The heavyset, angry woman who works behind the bar needs to find a new line of work. The Bar was not busy at all – we were seated at the bar and she ignored us despite the fact we had an open tab. We waved at her, tried to get her attention but it was over an hour before I finally tapped my shot glass on the bar to get her attention – that didn’t work either – just upset her even more. We finally had enough and decided to leave. Had to scream at someone (the server) just to get my card to close my tab. Horrible.
I’ve never received such horrible service at ANY bar in this town as I did on 4/5/2025 at the Diamond. I also was not the only patron who was frustrated. The entire side of the bar I was seated at ended up leaving in frustration. I had several other patrons tell me “yeah she won’t serve you, “ There was a woman with dark hair (who was the WORST) an elderly woman that didn’t appear to be doing much of anything – who also ignored us. And a very rude female server.
It’s clear the bartenders (at least the heavyset woman and the server) have ZERO interest in making tips or making the bar any money. And why would they? Bar is owned by a gambling operation now. They don’t care about service so long as those gambling machines and tables are running.
Do better. I’ll never be back so long as that woman works there.

Had a great experience at the Diamond Casino. I won a shotaro from the free spin and I also bought the Penthouse here, which was worth it because of the view. Everyone here is nice and it doesn’t matter if I commit a crime because I just have to enter the casino and I’ll be fine.

The reviews about robbery and stupid Ai pictures are dumb people review a place in a video game or something. This is a really great small town bar that I used to bartend and waitress at. The people here are very friendly and welcoming, the drinks are very affordable, well made and served fast. This place is full of people from many different age groups and walks of life and they meld perfectly here for some reason. If you are looking for good conversation you will find it here. They have live music on weekends and if you want dance like no one is watching this is the place to do it. They used to have Bingo around 6 most nights but that was years ago so I can’t confirm that still goes. They may also still have blackjack and also a meat raffle on some nights.

Probably not the establishments fault but the photo of the big shiny Casino/Hotel is NOT this place. Unfortunately we drove a bit out of our way because my wife saw the photo and thought that this was a full sized casino. About ten slot machines and a black jack table. The sign out front says no smoking but there is a definite smell of old cigarettes.

Caller, Connor, calling extremely fast during bingo. Customers were calling out to him to slow down, but he then called even faster. As a customer paying for cards to play their bingo games, the caller should be listening to the customer. I would rate 0 stars, but had to check at least 1.
