We rsvp a table for a show and the only thing that had me questioning the service was how it took the bottle girls to bring our bottle/chaser out. By time we were seated it took another 30 mins for the bottle. When the bottle girl came over to ask what did we purchase it was another 10 mins before it actually came out. When the bottle finally came out the bottle girls showed top customer service and apologized for the wait. She asked if she could get us anything else, they begin to set up the table. They even had the sparkles for us. I will return. Oh the chicken wings were delish

Spent 500 for two bottles in VIP UNFORTUNATELY bottle service girls don’t even come to check on you and mad cuz they don’t get tipped. Last time I CHECKED you sever good to get that. And the food servers ignore those in VIP since I guess it’s a separate service. Smh not a good place to go.

The servers seem nice and are attentive. That’s the only good thing I can write about Diamond Lounge. Six drinks and one hookah cost $120. I never received a proper bill, let alone an itemized receipt. I think this is the type of place that just charges whatever they want to gringos. Also, that night’s playlist was exclusively Latin music (which is not good club music).
