It’s a safe and wonderful place to enjoy great entertainment. It also opens its doors to cultural events, which speaks highly of its owners. For those who want to dance and enjoy live bands, this place is an excellent alternative.

Terrible experience. Band I was interested in was playing there. They had all of their posters and information online said doors are at 9pm and no set time when the band would be going on. Friends and I got there at 9pm. I asked the lady behind the merch table what time does the band comes on and quote, “I have no idea. 11 or 1130?” We had no option to leave and come back so we are stuck here.
Well 1130 comes and goes. It’s still the same D.J. and neither the opener or headliner has come on. Worst experience in Annadale if the venue had any information or atleast informed us that once ypu are in you can’t come out and the band comes on after 1130 I probably would have left a better review

Just go to blue lounge next door, 1 you don’t pay a fee and 2 you don’t have unprofessional security guards
I’m giving Diamond Lounge a 1-star rating despite the great service because of an unprofessional and overstepping security guard. We were searched at the entrance as expected, and there was no one standing at the double doors afterward to direct or assist us. Suddenly, security guards came rushing, creating an unnecessary scene. Apparently, a staff member who was supposed to be monitoring the door wasn’t there because they stepped away for a drink. Instead of calmly addressing the situation, the security guard escalated it, even involving the manager (in a red T-shirt). It felt chaotic and unorganized.
To make matters worse, the same security guard—young, wearing glasses, and driving a silver Toyota Corolla—was out in the parking lot taking pictures of cars and shouting about calling the police on people parked in nearby private property (like CVS). This behavior is completely out of line and far beyond his job scope. As a security guard, your role is to ensure the safety of the club and its patrons, not to harass people outside or play parking patrol. His behavior was unprofessional, disruptive, and not suited for someone in this position.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Diamond Lounge. The lack of professionalism from security overshadowed

Went there after many years…the place still the same if not worse dump than it was before.
Plain awful.
The bathrooms are disgusting, no one keeps them clean nor puts soap and toilet paper, on top of that the place smells like sewage.
One security guy was nice and helpful. He acknowledged the bathroom issues.
The prices are averaging what other places charge.
But overall I would not recommend going there.

Music was way too loud even for a club. It distorted the music. The opening act went on after midnight and the main attraction went in at 2a, after last call. Tables were $450 with no drinks included. Said tables were small & wobbly and the cushions on all the chairs were all torn up, most missing huge chunks. The servers were scantily dressed in their clothing, with no set uniform. The oj and cran for the table was filled with 80% ice so it watered down within minutes.
I doubt I’ll ever go back. This place was horrible.
