The atmosphere and staff were pretty good. Maybe even a tad over-friendly in a fake way.

I really did not enjoy the food. I asked for all the dishes to be spicy and everything came out very bland in my opinion. It felt like they used only half the amount of spices like cumin and turmeric.

On top of that, every single dish was covered with cilantro. I wish I had known beforehand because I really dislike cilantro.

Prices are a bid high. They label the entrees as shareable sand they’re like mid 30s prices.

It was Friday night and the restaurant was almost completely empty

To preface, we arrived within the last hour if closing and surprisingly they were able to get us in. Perhaps, we arrived a little late and the quality was different. We got the chicken biryani and goat curry. The biryani was quite average, not impressed to be honest. The goat curry was the better options with tender meat. The meat all halal. Unlikely to make a second visit.

Overall a really nice restaurant. I went here with family. Im not an Indian food connoisseur but im not afraid to try new things and the food was really good. I tried everything and it really was delicious. The atmosphere was nice (the painting on the wall was ) and the staff was really personable and attentive as well. I dont go to Tysons much but I would go again if im in the area!

Food is decent and convenient give it’s at the mall. If you want more authentic and much better flavors go to Bansari, one of my favorite Indian restaurants in the US.

This was an interesting place to eat. We took a friend out for her birthday (place was her choice). It was fairly empty (understandable as it was a Monday evening). We were seated immediately and ordered some Nimboo pani and sodas. For appetizers we shared a plate of Aam Papri Chaat and Paneer Tikka. 2 of us shared the Chaat, which was very tasty. The other friend had the paneer Tikka as she is gluten intolerant.
For the main meal I got the Tandoori Salmon and my 2 friends shared the Dal Tadka. My salmon dish was huge. I ate a bit and ended up taking most of it home. The dal was very nice.
For dessert, I got the Kashmiri Chai…it was served in a small doll sized glass. The birthday girl got the matka kulfi (a tiny little pot…also doll sized). Basically it contained like 4 spoonfuls.
Overall, it was pretty decent.

Suuuper valid buffet. Lamb chop masala was really good as long as you get the thinner pieces, the masala went in just right and it was tenderrrr. Everything was great, so was the kheer and halwa. All in all for a buffet, where everything is “kinda good” almost everything here was pretty dang great.

Second attempt at trying this new establishment. We had been here before the rebrand and had good experiences back then. This time we arrived at 9:20 and they closed at 10 but we were turned away by a staff member who was already sweeping and another counting the register. We decided to try again and came earlier for dinner on our second try. We were seated in a booth and the restaurant was not busy at all. The lady who sat us was fine. When it was time to place our order, another staff member came with a tablet and was pretty rude. He did not greet us and immediately asked with a straight unfriendly face what we wanted. Upon placing our order his face never even smirked and was very stern/upset. This gave us an unpleasant feeling and we decided to cancel the order and walk out to go somewhere else. Not sure how this place will stay in business long with this kind of service. I expected more in Tyson’s and feel if we were of a different look may have received better treatment. Also the prices have a strange range. Daal and saag are some of the cheapest ingredients to use but priced as if they are meat proteins – see pics for more info. Just doesn’t seem worth the price. We certainly won’t be giving this place a third time.

Came today for first time with my bunch of colleagues , we’re staying beside the mall in Hilton, was craving for some good Indian food , stumbled upon this place. It was such an amazing service

We ordered bunch of items like paneer tikka, gol Guppa shots, Goat Biryani, Methi Malai Kofta , it was too delicious and lovable

More on top of that , Our Server Aman was such a darling, he was so good on everything took care of us like our own friend from top to bottom. Interacted with us so well that it made us feel like we are in India chillin back at home. He was very nice humble and a amazing server

Really had a great experience at shoot , will be back soon . We are flying back to Chicago tonight hopefully will come with a lot of people next time

I went with a large group and recently had an awesome brunch experience at Dhoom!

The small plates menu was a great way to share amongst our large group. Highlights for me were the chicken tikka tacos – which were a fun, creative twist that still kept the real Indian flavors. The butter chicken was delicious- not overly creamy. The chicken 65 + fried rice was my absolute favorite – it was obviously cooked with authentic whole spices that you could see and taste!

For dessert, they have great options – like those who enjoy Indian sweets, the halwa trio. They also have something for those who prefer more American-style flavors, like the Nutella pakora.

Dhoom balances authentic flavors and creative fusion dishes extremely well. The ambiance felt elevated, lively, but still comfortable for families. It is apparent a lot of thought into the space and into plating the dishes are presented. Can’t wait to come back!

SO good! Had the loveliest Valentines Day dinner here with my mom and we loved everything we ordered. The restaurant was packed with other families and love birds alike and had the best homey, cozy atmosphere. Food was amazing and the mocktails were super yummy.
