Excellent service from start to finish. The cocktails were amazing—well crafted, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere was great, and the staff made the experience even better. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We were a party of four, and when the check arrived, the gratuity was not left to the discretion of the customer—a mandatory 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill. Now, that alone is a point of contention for many, as it removes the ability to reward service appropriately.
The larger flaw, the bit of deception that should not be overlooked, is that the 20% gratuity was calculated after the tax had already been applied.
This is a strategic move for maximum value extraction. They are hiding a cost by calculating a tip on money that is not even profit, but state revenue. It’s an exercise in fiscal dishonesty that compromises the trust they built with the meal. It strips the act of tipping of its original meaning, turning what should be an appreciation for service into an enforced fee based on an inflated total.
They also added a 3.5% credit card transaction fee to the final total.
They have the talent in the kitchen, but the accounting framework they’re running is flawed and manipulative. It’s a system designed to take, rather than operate on transparent exchange. Fix the calculus, and you fix the trust.

What an awesome place to eat, our waitress Janet was very kind and attentive.
If you are in the area, don’t hesitate to stop bu and eat! We had arepas with chicken and ropa vieja, my husband had lechon with yellow rice and salad.

Came here recently to celebrate a birthday with a large party. The server was absolutely fantastic and on point, she didn’t seem frazzled and took great care of us despite us up and moving around on her. The decor was so sweet for Valentine’s Day. We had the Cuban which was phenomenal and the Guava DF drink was TO DIE FOR. Honestly the best alcoholic beverage I’ve ever had and just one had me right. I would suggest this place to anyone, especially the guava cocktail!

Being from South Florida, I yearned for a great Cuban restaurant when I moved here. D’Floridian is it! The food is always seasoned well. Last night, my family dined in instead of having a to-go order. The ambiance is very enjoyable. On Saturday nights, they have a live band, which is very loud but still gives a great addition. Our waitress was very attentive. My family of 4 truly enjoyed their meal. We just may dine in more often.

Usually this place is pretty busy, but luckily this Friday evening was not , I sat at the bar , I enjoy sitting at the bar and being entertained watching the bartenders make drinks , the music was live and the band was good . My food the presentation was boring and looked bland , I had red snapper and shrimp with potatoes and asparagus. The plate definitely needed some color or some type of sauce it was pretty bland tasting so I had to ask for some hot sauce . The drinks were good I had an infused hibiscus cocktail and a sangria both were well made . I would have scored higher had the food been not so desirable.

The music here is always a bit too loud for my taste. But the food is amazing. Love the yuca and the papa relenas are my favorite. Last time I got a breaded chicken with rice and beans and it was my favorite so far. Great flavor. Their margaritas are delicious as well. It’s nice to sit outside on the patio but the service is very slow outside.

5 Stars – Amazing Food & Even Better Service!
This was my second time here, and once again, I had an incredible experience. The food is top-tier—crispy empanadas, perfectly fried yuca, and refreshing natural juices (highly recommend the passion fruit!). Everything is flavorful and fairly priced.
What really stood out this time was our server, Jaasieli. Her service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. She made the entire meal even more enjoyable and really reflected the vibe of the restaurant.
The live music, people dancing, and lively atmosphere made me feel like I took a quick trip to Cuba. It’s a place full of good energy, great food, and even better people. I’ll definitely be back—and I hope Jaasieli is working when I do!
