It would Probably be a good idea to train your staff to not bit or back and forth with the customer. I usually get good service here for the most part, But I guess there’s always one bad apple. Today 10/9/25- order #85– I placed my order in the drive through whopper junior and 8 piece cheesy tots. The girl that took my order sounded annoyed. She was slow to enter the tots, And I left the drive through line to make my way towards the window before they were entered (probably my fault). When I got to the window, The guy that repeated my order asked if it was a whopper Jr and jalapeño poppers… I corrected him and told him that it should have been an eight piece cheesy tot. He turned around to correct the person that took my order, And she hastily said in spanish “no, Ella dice jalapeño”. Because of the way that I present , she probably did not realize that I understood what she said, So white turned around and said “no, Ella no dice jalapeño.” The person at the window looked embarrassed And shut the window on me before anything else could be said…. When he opened the window back up, I let him know that I don’t do spicy food and would have never ordered those. It’s A really bad idea to tell somebody what they ordered and argue about it When they know what they do and don’t eat. Unreal.

BEST BURGER KING EVER. I love this place so much, I go there every week. The staff is nice and they usually always get my order right. Although there are sometimes a few homeless people there that are always asking for money for food ,I try to ignore them. The inside is always very clean, especially the bathrooms, like I said,very good.

I placed a pickup order and announced my name at the microphone and the person said pull up. As I get to the window the women handing the meals tries to give me someone else’s order. And then gets frustrated with me because they didn’t have my order ready. Starts saying to not drive up unless I spoke to someone which I did. At this point she’s telling me to drive around and ask for my order again. Ridiculous. Need better communication and listening skills

Idk if only one drive thru worked but sat there for a minute before another car pulled to the other and was helped immediately (put a sign or something)
Then got rushed through order with noone in line, order was missing stuff and just sucked. Looked like a full staff and I’ve gotten better service at bks with one worker and a full line. It’s burger king so not expecting a Michelin star but y’all just aren’t trying over here

Went there at 10:30 PM after an exhausting flight. Hauled our luggage from Chelsea station only to find the doors inexplicably locked! The posted hours say the dining room is open until 11, and there are even people still eating inside. Upon witnessing our distress, a staff member just rudely gestured towards the drive-thru window with zero explanation! Now we’ll be hungry for an entire night. Thanks Burger King!

Very busy at 1:15 pm on a Tuesday but the staff (and manager) are extremely professional and nice with quick service even during the lunch rush. Consistently made double cheeseburgers (I had 3). The entire building appears to be relatively new. I regularly saw someone moping the floor in high traffic areas to keep the place clean. I’ll be back if here again on business.
