Up to the top floor for we go! Walking into a hotel you’d definitely want to know that first, and as you get to the door for Devils kitchen, you see why. The view along with the service and fresh as well as a new take for cuisine. Lauren lead the way! With her kind smile and well placed suggestions we had the experience well worth our anniversary. To say the least, we will be coming back for Lauren’s service and the devils kitchen dinner of the evening!

I recently took my daughter to the Devil’s Kitchen Restaurant atop the Hotel Maverick. She remarked about how it was the fanciest place she’s ever been and marveled at view. We both enjoyed our meals and are eager to come back. We hope to sit at the point on the balcony where the firepit is on a cool summer evening very soon.

We had lunch after 1 PM on a weekday. It took some time to get someone to take us to the outdoor seating and a while to take our order. The waitress was friendly, and our food was very good for a higher-end sandwich. The French dip was really good, and the potatoes were great. The outdoor patio and restaurant is on the 4th floor and offers great views. I’ll try them again at a different time.

My husband and I celebrated Father’s Day by going to dinner at Devil’s Kitchen. What a great choice! We enjoyed a great bottle of chardonnay, salmon salad, bread and a delightful chocolate dessert. The hostess, Brooke, and our waitress, Whit, were wonderful! If we lived here, we would be regulars.

Nice place, terrible service. I ordered the bison tamale and there were literally like 4 pieces of small bison and the rest was straight pepper, mushrooms and a whole lot of salTy bread. When I told them about it, they nearly did nothing… Couldn’t believe they wanted me to pay $30 dollars for mushrooms and peppers that I could’ve sautéed at home for $3 bucks. Usually never leave bad reviews but I had to for this. The manager today was also rude and not considerate to my frustrations with the food.

Me and my partner had dinner on New Years Eve in a gondola and it was amazing! Kayla was the chef that night and everything tasted wonderful. The only downfall was I had the wine paring meal and I had to ask what each wine was. If you pay $112 pair person the waiter should explain what you are drinking with each course

This is one of the nicest dining experiences I’ve had, and I’ve had many! The food was prepared perfectly, the menu was diverse, and the service was warm and friendly. This place is a 10 out of 10!

Sat on balcony & what a beautiful sunset! Our waiter stopped by very often to see if we needed anything. I thought the food was good, I ordered the CCC Chicken. Really tender & full of flavor. What a wonderful evening…we’ll definitely go back!
