Our first time visiting Devil’s Kitchen. Just the 2 of us went out, made reservations for 7 pm and asked for Snow Globe or Gondola. We arrived at 6:55, were greeted and promptly seated at 7. It is a very clean and elegant establishment, but you do not feel uncomfortable or like its very formal. Our server was very nice and answered questions a d had suggestions. The seared Ahi was really good! There are several flavorful options for meals and appetizers. The steaks were prepared as we asked for, the mashed potatoes were good, but not over the top. We finished the evening with a dessert! It was good, because we choose a Gondola it was not prepared tableside, but good all the same. Overall it was a good time and a great experience. The Gondola experience was nice, quiet and warm! I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Lovely time, great modern comfortable vibe. Delicious food. Had savory moist duck, modern deviled eggs, and an incredible hearts of palm avocado rasberry and cucumber salad. Staff was great, views were super. Food came too fast, dishes piled up, despite asking to hold food and waiting to order. Dairy was not listed in ingredients in regular dishes like chocolate cake, but came with creamed layers.

We had a fantastic experience at Devil’s Kitchen! We sat outside with a gorgeous view. Our server was fantastic (I believe his name was Ryland). We started with the green chile queso which was delicious! We ate it before I remembered to take a photo. I ordered the taco special which was blackened salmon with a chimichurri sauce on corn tortillas and they were very flavorful and so good. My husband got the burger which was absolutely delicious (and he’s super picky about burgers). Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating and if we’re ever going through Grand Junction again, we’ll definitely go back.

The food seemed overly seasoned which was a bit much for me, but it was still good. Our server Deante (i hope i didn’t butcher his name too much) he was awesome! Super funny and sweet. We always appreciate a great server. The atmosphere was a classy elegant look and made us feel fancy and welcomed. Great experience! I highly recommend that butterscotch blondie dessert that our server recommended!

Set atop the Maverick Hotel, you get a great view of the area (mostly the college). It looks the part of fine dining. The charcuterie board is barely big enough for four people and (in my opinion) isn’t worth $28 but it’s pretty.

We went for the first time for our first wedding anniversary today and it was amazing! From the food, to the drinks, to the views from the patio. Michelle was our server and she was fantastic, she even brought a blanket when it started getting cold before I even got cold!! What a fantastic experience and we will definitely come back. We also made a reservation ahead of time but came in at the line between happy hour and dinner service and it was perfect.

Such a great experience! The host greeted us quickly and they were so welcoming. We decided to eat inside one of the gondolas on the patio and the server was so enthusiastic to serve us outside. That made it feel even more fun! The gondola was toasty, even though it was very cold outside, and they even had complimentary blankets inside! We didn’t need them, but thought that was such a nice touch. Our server was very friendly, he explained the dishes to us and gave us recommendations. He had perfect timing checking on us and giving us time to enjoy our selections. The food was delicious and we enjoyed trying some new things! Drinks were wonderful. Thank you Devil’s Kitchen for making our first night in CO visiting our college student extra special and very memorable! We will return!

I wanted to take a moment to share a delightful experience my husband and I had during our recent stay at the Hotel Maverick. The front office staff recommended we try the Devils Kitchen, and I’m so glad we did!
The atmosphere was elegant and pleasant, making it a wonderful dining experience. I enjoyed the Roundabout Ravioli, while my husband opted for the Short Ribs. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! Our waiter was attentive and friendly, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our meal.
If you’re looking for a nice place to recommend to parents or staff, I wholeheartedly suggest Devils Kitchen.

First of all: If you are considering eating at this place. ABSOLUTELY GO FOR IT.
We ordered the paella and the devil’s Hamburger and everything was fantastic. It was a huge plus for us that everything was locally sourced as well when you can taste the quality change. I couldn’t even get a picture of my paella because I ate it so fast. And even though we were not staying in the hotel with the restaurant was located, they still treated us like guests and gave us fresh water with lemon while we waited.
For dessert, we have the bananas, foster, and it was fantastic as well. I will be back.
