Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl. They told me 30 mins because it’s busy, I told them I can wait an hr if it would help them out and they said yes. Showed up after 1 hr….. now I have to sit and wait another 30 mins for my food while I have other food in the car. If you’re busy, prepare for it. This seems like my food came out and you just gave it to whoever walked in the door first. Pathetic service nowadays. Food is good but when you spend $100 on wings you expect some type of service.

Ordered 30 wings for super bowl. Placed order at 10 am for 5 pm delivery through door dash. Door dasher waited at restaurant for 2 hours, then it switched to another driver before the order was canceled at 745. The driver was in contact with me the whole time while at the store checking on status but kept getting pushed back. I know it’s a busy day for wings….apparently they did not think it would be.

DWC is our favorite local wing place right now. The boneless and bone in options are both always good. Today we also tried tenders and mac and cheese which was very creamy and tasty. The staff is always friendly which is a plus too.

I placed an order through Uber eats and received an order with several items wrong and multiple items missing. Uber was unhelpful and when I called the restaurant, the cashier tried gaslighting me to tell me that my order was correct and that they made it correctly, despite me holding the wrong wings in a bag with my name on it. Offered zero help other than “reach out to Uber”

Great Detroit restaurant for wings. Sauces and selections are great. Unfortunate many of the sides have been taken off menu or changed for worse. Mac and Cheese no longer has bread crumbs which takes away great flavor. Brussel Sprouts and Cauliflower sides are sorely missed

I messed up my order online by accidentally ordering and paying for boneless wings, when I intended to get traditional wings. I unfortunately didn’t get the names of the girls that were working tonight, but they were all extremely helpful in correcting my mistake and having the cooks make my order traditional instead of boneless. Terrific wings. Everything is good here. Lots of delicious sauce choices as well as vegetarian options. They have great desserts and their customer service is terrific. I love this place for chicken wings. As far as I go. Buffalo wild wings doesn’t have anything on this place. Go here
