I ordered the 6 boneless wings parmesan garlic. They were so dry, I didn’t even recognize the sauce and then I ordered 6 bone in with honey sweet barbecue sauce, it’s was all dry. I also ordered macaroni and cheese. It was cold. The cheese was stuck to the bottom. This really shocked me. I’ve ordered from here before. Never had a problem. I’ve spent $28 on this meal. That’s going in the trash. I hope you all have better luck. This is real life

Tenders were burnt to a crisp. ODD they would have served these. Wrap, fries, Mac n cheese was good. Chicken sandwich was average and we probably wont order again from here. Sauce and season on the side.

“I was absolutely disgusted by our meal from Detroit Wing Company. My old lady ordered wings and they came back completely undercooked and were bloody inside. This is not only repulsive, but dangerous my daughter got really sick as a result. As a veteran and a father, I am appalled that a business would serve food like this. Service was OK. The young lady who took the order was nice enough. I primarily came for the pretendies, and they didn’t have it. (The only Vegan option). We waited about 5 minutes for a chicken wrap and fries. The food was not hot nor fresh. The fries were definitely ones that had been sitting. In the photo is the $5 large fry with some being burnt, some soggy, and all cold. On top of that, there’s no seating for dine in (not important anyway) nor public restrooms for customers. Highly disappointing.

On November 10,2025, I contacted the Detroit Wing Co on e 9mile road via phone during my lunch break around 11 am. I tried to place my order with a young lady which was only a spicy chicken wrap that I always order. I just wanted to swap the dwc on the wrap with the parmesan buffalo . The lady told me that they don’t do that there, which was surprising seeing that I order the same exact item and substitution 3 days prior at the same location. I asked to speak to a manager which I was denied, also even the cook, which was denied. I asked for the young lady name which she refused and to know when the manager would be in which she refused to tell me. The young lady was very upset and hostile and had no interest in taking my order forcing me to visit another location even though further from my job site. I’m a fan of DWC but with this type of attitude in a broken economy, it really frustrates me with bad service like this, everyone has bad days but when youre unwilling to help that’s may be ok but to refuse to allow me to speak to anyone else is sad and needs to be publicized.

Great wings but no labels I never know what is what once I get home they don’t separate each flavor in it’s own container and I still don’t think I would know some of the sauce look the same they need labels

Everything was awesome except Mac and cheese please fix the mac and cheese it is awful, it used to be really really good. The noodles are great that cheese sauce is terrible.

Took away all vegan and vegetarian options. That’s Sad. Very good customer service very clean but I don’t appreciate y’all took away the vegan options. Such as the cauliflower bites. Thumbs down to that. They were good to. Bring them back asap. I’m not going back until.
