Braums in siloam has always been good. 2 people can leave stuffed for 20 bucks, hard to do these days. Food is good, service is good. The little grocery store there is also good, with good quality food. We have been probably 40 times, never had a bad experience

Nice staff took our order and did fantastic!!!! Driving through the area on the way home and lunch was desired…. we dined in and the food was piping hot. Our order was accurate and I might return when in the situation of hunger and the girls request this for lunch as they did on this night. I really felt valued with my interaction with the front counter staff They supporting staff were pleasant and smiling….that goes a long way!
Only -2 stars for the foreign object that ended up on my sandwich (hair) not mine…. Showed to the manager and she removed all sandwiches off our total bill. $13. Kind of an unfortunate deal as I was excited about the aloha chicken sandwich!!! (Hair pictured 4oclock on sandwich pic)
I ended up not hungry and finished my fries and very berry shake….
Manager – She was nice and even complimented my daughters on the cuteness… So that was neat.
Thank you again for being kinda awesome.

I want so bad to give more stars…. And I should stop going cause EVERYTIME I go I always ask for bacon and ALWAYS get sausage. I know sounds stupid to complain but how hard is it to not get bacon confused with sausage. Not only that but the attitudes they have is very unsettling. I get it fast food is not the most glamorous but having good customer service is apart of it. If you don’t like it then find something else.

Very rude employees slow to take my order and then left me sitting at the first window for 6min and then I pulled out after 7min at the second window. I was waiting on a single frozen yogurt and zero explanation or reason to just left waiting. Would not recommend, gamble on the McDonald’s Ice-cream machine running i guess since Braum’s doesn’t want business.

Brittney was very sweet, polite and very professional . Our order was on point , hot and delicious ! We ate our meal and later returned for ice cream where we observed her helping a coworker clean and clear tables , while still smiling and visiting with other customers in the lobby !
She made our experience all the better when my granddaughter dropped her ice cream cone on the floor and returned with another replacement ! The smile on my grand daughters face said it all and we thank you Brittney for a great ending to a perfect day !

The ice cream at this place is AWESOME! The product for the price is unbeatable. I actually kind of went off the menu and created my own by adding different things which resulted in extra charges and it still was under $4.40!!!!
Vanilla ice cream, brownie, banana, hot fudge, strawberries, whipped cream and a cherry….To Die For!!!!
Give this place a try. SOOOO GOOD!!!! And won’t break the bank, even better!!!!

Wasn’t able to find my wallet in time at the drive through, asked the guy at the window if they could move my order inside so I could park and get my wallet from the back. The guy at the window says it’s impossible and they arent allowed to hold my food. I asked him “even though, I’ve already ordered and they are already prepping it, they cant ring my order at the counter instead?” He says “no.” So I leave the line, to go park to find my wallet. In the meantime, my daughter goes inside to the counter, explains to the lady at the counter that I lost my wallet and she wants to pay. The lady rings my order at the counter no problem. If I could do 0 stars I would. But alas I have to give one star. So, lady inside at the counter can have the star for her awesome customer service.
