I love going to this spot. Ever since it opened a year ago, it’s always been my go to Indian spot, especially since it’s hard to find authentic Indian food near me. Every time I go I am treated with the upmost respect, value, and kindness. On top of that the food is always good. My favorite dishes are the paneer naan wrap and their butter chicken. I also love their variety of sweets and drinks ranging from Indian ice creams to badam milk. Would 100% recommend eating here!

I ordered food and waited so long like one hour to get food. I ordered shahi paneer, 6 tawa roti and one fish pakora but when i receive food i see instead of shahi pneer and fish pakora they gave me kadahi paneer and pneer pakora. When i told them they were only able exchange pneer pakora with fish pakora and taste was too bad. Overall very bad experience.

Worst food i ever taste.
I ordered chicken tikka masala with 2 butter + 1 garlic naan , chicken dumplings, 2 samosa & gulab jamun. Food was disaster.
First of all, Garlic naan was missing, got rasgulle instead of gulab jamun. Samose was burned & stale, dumpling smells bad. Chicken was smelling really bad , it smell like an expired chicken and masala’s. It was not eatable unless u want to get food poisoning.
To make matters worse, the service was incredibly unprofessional. When my husband called to complain they acted like we are the problem, and keep arguing about that, this is not the way customer service work. we trough the food in the garbage.
It was just waste of money. i spent $40 to just got disappointed.
I understand everyone make mistakes, but the way they deal with customers they need to learn some customer service.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

To make matters worse, the service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I called to complain, they acted like I was the problem and offered no solution. I’ve never felt so disrespected as a customer.
Between the unsafe food, the ridiculous wait time, and the terrible attitude, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money, your time, and your stomach—Desi Flame is a total flop.

Had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — especially the Pav Bhaji and Karahi Paneer, both were full of authentic flavor and perfectly cooked. Definitely one of the best spots great Indian food — highly recommend trying it out!
