I had a terrible experience at this Denny’s. I ordered a sandwich that came with rotten avocado. The taste was absolutely foul. When I pointed it out to the waitress, she didn’t even apologize. To make matters worse, they still charged me for the sandwich even though I couldn’t eat it. Avoid this place if you don’t want to get sick. Terrible food and zero customer service

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
We waited about 10 minutes just to be seated, even though the restaurant was nearly empty and several staff members were walking around. Once we were finally seated, it took 45 minutes for our food to come out.
When the food did arrive, it was cold. The eggs were severely undercooked and basically raw. I sent them back and asked for a new order, and the second batch still came out raw. The pancakes were undercooked as well. To make matters worse, we didn’t even receive silverware with our food and had to wait for it while our plates were just sitting there getting colder.
Our server never checked on us the entire time. He completely disappeared and We had to ask another waitress where he was, and she offered to “go get him.” At that point, we just wanted to pay and leave. The lack of basic customer service was extremely frustrating.
On top of everything, my son’s plate (sausage, bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns) didn’t even come out at the same time as his pancakes, so he had to wait separately for part of his meal.
The customer service was terrible, the food quality was unacceptable, and overall the experience was very unfortunate. I don’t think we’ll be coming back.This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

My server at Denny’s was absolutely perfect in every way her amazing customer service made the whole experience so enjoyable. The food I order was fantastic the Cali Club was incredibly fresh, the fries were cooked to perfection and the iced coffee was just right. Everything was spot on, making my visit truly memorable! I love they have reward program now.

Me and my family went to this place a few days ago and service was 10/10. The staff is very friendly and especially the new manager named Angel. She is very nice to everybody and is always on track with all of the orders. She does it all and I feel the need to applaud her for that. She deserves all of the recognition in the world. Especially the way that she treats her customers and staff. Anybody wanting to enjoy a meal whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner… I definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere feels just great. Not too bright and not too dark either. I also love how Denny’s is open 24 hours. I sometimes work late shifts and almost nothing is open after midnight, but Denny’s always comes in clutch.

He was not only friendly and kind, but he even took the time to joke around and engage with my children, making all of us feel welcome. To top off the wonderful meal, we had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Sabrina. Sabrina was extremely friendly, easy to speak to, and clearly passionate about ensuring every guest has a fantastic time. Her leadership shined through in the quality of the service we received. From our experience last night, I would highly recommend it.

This Dennys has great customer service. Kylie was our waitress. She suggested some delicious crepes with bananas and strawberries . My son had French toast with fresh strawberries.yes She was always smiling. I watched as manager engaged with her team. Everyone was very friendly and polite even during a rush. Restrooms was nice and clean. That’s a plus for us. Did I mention they have new table coffee carafes now. Good change. I will be back to this location. Came in today on a busy Saturday was greeted and seated by host. She was very friendly. Our waiter Antonio was very helpful. Order was in and out. We got our own coffee crafe which was awesome.
