This is there worst experience I’ve had here. I called to place an order and was placed on hold for like 15 min. Then decided to come over and ordered a “large waffle” and i got this??? I wonder what a small waffle is. This is ridiculous. And then the host Tina has the nerve to say yes that’s the large one. Tina you gotta work on that customer service. And they made me wait 15 mins for this! If you knew this, why don’t you say something before i buy it. 6 bucks for this. And if you can’t tell how big it is. 3 inches by 2 inches. 6 bucks. Come on Tina. Oh but of course you want a tip right? Forget it.

It was a nice lunch we had with an old friend. I liked the big selection at that time of day. We found some great deals. We went on Halloween after giving out candy and it was pretty packed but our server Vivian was awesome! She took our order, served us fast and always checked in on us. Also all the server were dressed up to, so that was fun. I enjoyed myself.

Great place for a family gathering, came in with a big appetite and had our own personal room with a great view, ordered the cheese sticks and they were gone within minutes, great food and great service…our server Jerry was attentive to my parents order bringing coffee and had a great personality making us enjoy our breakfast. Our server was a bit rude and very short every interaction was less than a few moments. Sadly she was rushing off. My food was ok but not others in our table . One was a plain burger and she brought it with lettuce pickles tomatoes onions. Not actually plain. Sadly a t bone steak and eggs that was supposed to be rare was fully cooked and as one said it tasted like beef jerky. I will wait some time before returning to see if things improve. Very disappointing visit when we had 3 tables of people after our morning football game. Rhonda on the other hand who wasn’t our server was extremely helpful when ours wasn’t around. Appreciate your hard work and dedication to the job. Thank you.
